【摘要】 本论文针对心理弹性研究领域存在的“瓶颈”问题——缺乏一套能够系统解说逆境中个体心理适应机制的人格理论,尝试加以突破。本论文理论建构部分,以沟通分析人格理论和最新脑神经科学研究成果为基础,参考大量人格理论和心理弹性理论,提出了“多视角PAC人格模型”,后者以人格新概念——“自我心态”为核心,系统解说心理弹性、心理适应和心理健康的内在机理,包括人格结构观、人格发展观、人性观、个性观、社会心理观、心理适应观、心理弹性观共七部分观点。“多视角PAC人格模型”具有简洁性和理论整合性,旨在全面解说和透彻探讨个体的心理适应机理,并重点说明个体在逆境中发挥主动性,积极适应环境的内在心理机制。本论文实证研究部分,针对“多视角PAC人格模型”的核心部分——“人格适应观”、“心理弹性观”进行了验证性实证研究。分研究一和分研究二中,采用经典人格量表、心理健康量表等多项研究工具,对中学生群体(1012人)和大学生群体(5302人)进行了大样本调查研究,探索“多视角PAC人格模型”各自我心态与人格适应、心理弹性领域诸因素的相关和因果关系,最终验证并部分修正了演绎自“多视角PAC人格模型”中“人格适应观”和“心理弹性观”的各项研究假设,为后者提供了实证依据。分研究三则采用个案研究方法,通过对两例心理咨询个案报告的理论分析,解说并佐证了多视角PAC人格模型的理论观点。本论文最后部分,为展现“多视角PAC人格模型”的应用性和理论整合性,服务于当前和谐社会建设,笔者将其核心思想“自我心态”观链接到社会文化建设领域,着重探讨前者服务于我国和谐社会的建设的方向和途径。继而,笔者将根源于西方哲学、心理学的“多视角PAC人格模型”核心思想“自我心态”观同中国古代哲学、心理学人格思想进行了链接,充分展现前者的理论整合性和文化普遍性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Till now, there wasn’t a generally accepted system personality theory which could well be accepted to explain the mechanism of social adapation. In the Resiliency research area, the lack of system social adapation personality theory was the bottleneck which obstruct resiliencey research. The purpose of this research is just to relief this bottleneck situation.In the theoretical research section of this dissertation, a new system personality theory which used new personality concept self state to explain the mechanism of social adaption was set up. It was named Multi-perspective PAC personality model, which consist of seven parts: theory of personality structure, theory of personality development, theory of human nature, theory of individual character, theory of social psychology, theory of social adpatation, theory of resiliency. Multi-perspective PAC personality model was founded on the basis of the latest research results of brain science , the PAC personality model of transcational psychology, and many other personality theories and resilency models. It could thoroughly illustrate social adapation mechanism as well as positive adapation mechanism in adversity.The empirical research section of this dissertation consist of three sub-sections. In the first and second sub-sections of the empirical research section, by big sample investigation (1012 middle school students and 5302 college students) and statistics analysis, ten hypothesis deducted from the theory of social adaptation and resiliency, which as the core part of Multi-perspective PAC personality model were tested. All these ten hypothesis were verified with a little correct. In the third sub-section of the empirical research section, two psychotherapy cases which support Multi-perspective PAC personality model were discussed.For the purpose of showing the application and theoretical value of Multi-perspective PAC personality model, as well as giving help to establish Chinese harmony society, the ways to use Self State concept to improve mental civilization as well as the connections between Self State and ancient Chinese personality theory were discussed in the last part of this dissertation.更多还原
