机械产品设计过程的建模、评价与优化方法研究

【摘要】 现代产品类型的增多、产品结构复杂性的不断增强使产品设计过程逐渐变得冗长而繁杂。在信息技术高度发展的今天,如何能有效地改进产品设计过程,在保证产品设计质量的前提下缩短产品设计时间,实现对产品设计过程资源的高效利用与管理,以提高产品设计效率,是企业竞争力的关键所在。本文对支持过程改进、优化、调度的相关方法与策略进行研究,主要研究内容及成果涉及以下几个方面:一、研究了支持产品设计过程重组的过程模型及其重组方法。在对设计结构矩阵研究的基础上,提出了基于设计结构矩阵族的过程模型,将产品设计过程活动按照任务层、零部件层、参数层划分并对其活动间信息依赖关系进行描述。该模型能较好地支持活动的进一步分解,并支持过程建模与产品结构建模的信息融合。在该模型基础上,对基于迭代分析的过程重组策略进行了研究。二、针对现有过程改进研究中缺乏有效的评价机制,提出基于过程仿真的评价指标体系。为更好地支持活动间迭代与逻辑约束关系,提出用于表达活动迭代关系的逻辑迭代结构树子模型,用树结构表达活动间的各种拓扑关联。结合该子模型建立支持复杂过程描述的过程仿真模型,提出基于该模型的仿真算法以及基于仿真数据的过程评价方法。三、结合过程迭代分析重组策略与基于模型仿真的过程评价方法,提出过程的持续改进系统框架,研究过程改进以及控制改进的策略。以多次循环改进的形式实现对过程改进、优化的分析、调节与控制,提高改进的可控性和有效性。四、研究了协同设计环境下产品设计过程中对智力资源服务的应用支持方法,建立了智力资源服务需求发布与获取机制,构建了支持智力资源服务应用的设计过程管理系统框架,以支持企业在设计过程中对专业智力资源的需求描述、定制与应用。五、综合过程进化信息结构与过程拓扑结构建立产品设计过程广义模型,用以描述过程进化全周期的各方面数据。在过程广义模型基础上构建产品设计过程支持系统框架。

【Abstract】 The increase in product types and the constant improvement of product structure complexity make product design process lengthy and complicated. How to improve product design process efficiently, shorten product design time with assurance of product quality, implement efficient application and management of product design resource and improve product design efficiency is the key of enhancing enterprise competitiveness. The technologies of process improvement and process management are studied in this thesis. The contributions are as follows:Firstly, process model supporting product design process reengineering and corresponding reengineering method were researched. Based on the study of design structure matrix, a process model with structure of design structure matrix family was presented. In this model, product design process was decomposed by task level, part and component level, parameter level, and the information dependence relationships among activities of each level were described. The proposed model supports further decomposition in process better and combines the information of product design process model and product structure model. Strategy of process reengineering using this model was studied based on iteration analysis.Secondly, considering the problem of lacking efficient evaluation mechanism in process improvement research, a process evaluation method based on process simulation was presented. For better support of iterations and logical constants among activities, a child model of logical iteration structure tree was proposed based on the current research of process simulation method. In this model, topological relationships among activities were represented by tree structure. Process simulation model supporting complex process description was established combining design structure matrix family model and logical iteration structure tree model, corresponding simulation algorithm and simulation based process evaluation method were presented.Thirdly, based on the research of process reengineering and process simulation evaluation method, a framework of process improvement system supporting continuous process improvement was presented, and strategies of process improvement and improvement control were studied. Multi-cycle improvement mode was adopted to analysis, adjust and control the process improvement, then the controllability and effectiveness of improvement were enhanced.Fourthly, considering the problem of the immaturity in research and application of intelligent resource service, an intelligent resource service application and support method in product design process was researched in collaborative design environment. With intelligent resource service unit and design entities as objects of research, mechanism of intelligent resource service requirement promulgation and acquirement in design process management system was studied, framework of design process management system supporting intelligent resource service application was established. The proposed system supports requirement description, customization and application for professional intelligent resource in enterprise product design process, and is conducive to improve design efficiency and upgrade technical level. Finally, based on previous research, framework of product design process support system supporting process improvement and management was proposed. Generalized model of product design process was established integrating process evolution information structure and process topological structure. Information in the whole evolution period of design process can be described in the model. Then framework of product design process support system was established based on the generalized model. The proposed system can support and management the whole lifecycle of product design process from earlier process improvement and optimization to later process management and resource using.
