【摘要】 本文[dq1]所研究的“城市后工业公园”是后工业时代景观的有机组成部分,它是基于工业遗存这一富含既往时代历史文化与物质资源的场地,是充分利用原有的构筑物、建筑物、机器、设施等资源,通过科学和艺术方法,结合新技术手段来改善场地生态环境,并使场地成为充满记忆的娱乐休闲场所的公园类型,其特殊的休闲品质和独特的工业文化内涵受到人们越来越多的关注。作为一种新的公园类型,它产生和发展于社会对于工业废弃地的改造再利用的背景之下,相对于中国园林建设实践的快速升温,对城市后工业公园的探讨才刚刚起步,有鉴于此,进行城市后工业公园规划发展内涵、设计理论与方法的剖析,具有现实性和紧迫性。本文通过对相关概念的解析,对城市后工业公园的概念和研究范围进行了界定和探讨,通过对城市工业废弃地的产生和发展的梳理剖析了城市后工业公园的产生是城市工业废弃地再利用探索过程中的一个历史必然,城市工业废弃地构成了城市后工业公园产生的物质基础,注定了城市后工业公园在它诞生之时就已经具有了区别于其他景观的特殊之处:所面对场地问题的矛盾性和复杂性。在剖析其产生和发展的精神层面原因上,指出了城市后工业公园这一出现较晚的公园类型已经演变成为多元价值观念的复合载体,不仅涉及到生态、文化、艺术,还涉及社会、经济等各个方面。在此剖析基础上,本文回顾了西方城市后工业公园的发展情况,并指出了我国对城市后工业公园规划设计价值观念认识的欠缺、不足和所面临的跳跃式发展的现实状况。继而,本文从“价值观念的转变——科学方法的运用——新技术的支撑”三个层面提出了我国城市后工业公园规划设计三个关键过程的控制,并利用实践对控制这三个过程的方法进行了检验。更多还原

【Abstract】 The urban post-industrial landscape studied in this dissertation is an organic part of the post-industrial era landscape, which is founded on the specific site that has gone through many ages transformation and abounding with both industrial cultural and material resources and can make the best of intrinsic resources such as constructions, buildings, machineries, and establishment etc. Its recreational quality and distinguishing connotation of industrial culture attract the attention of more and more people because the environment has been transformed into a landscape full of memorial recreational sites by combined new scientific and cultural techniques. As a new type of landscape, it generates and develops in the social background of reconstruction and recycling of industrial derelicts but the discussion of the urban post-industrial landscape is just in the first step comparing with speedy warming up of gardens construction in China. So there is an urgent and realistic need to analyze theory and methodology of the planning and designing of the urban post-industrial landscape.On the basis of the analyzing of relevant concepts, the concepts and study ranges of the urban post-industrial landscape are discussed and fixed. Urban post-industrial landscape is also a necessity in the exploration urban industrial derelicts when the naissance and development of urban industrial derelicts are concerned. Urban industrial derelicts have provided with the physical base and destined the unique character of urban post-industrial landscape even from the day it came into being, namely the contradiction and complexity of the site. When the spiritual reason of its generation and development are concerned, urban post-industrial landscape, as a new type of landscape, has become a complex of multiple value concepts, coming down to ecology, culture, art as well as society and economy etc. Moreover, the development of urban post-industrial landscape in western society is reviewed; the deficiencies in the concepts of planning and design of urban post-industrial landscape and the realistic situation of development in China are pointed out. Three essential processes, which can control the methods of urban post-industrial landscape planning and design, are proposed in three layers, namely "the value concepts transformation– scientific method utilization– new technological support".
