复合注浆技术在地基加固中的应用研究

【摘要】 复合注浆技术是将静压注浆技术和高压旋喷注浆技术进行时序结合发挥两种注浆技术优势的一种新型注浆技术。将复合注浆技术应用于地基基础加固中,能充分发挥静压注浆技术和高压旋喷注浆技术这两种注浆加固方法各自的优点,克服各自的缺点,从而达到最大的适用地层范围和最佳的加固效果,保证加固的成功率和安全性。本文首先在总结注浆技术在国内外的发展及应用的基础上,分析了注浆技术的分类及特点,并对复合注浆技术的定义、特点及其在地基加固中的应用进行了详细的研究。经过试验、理论分析和研究,本文得出以下结论:1.通过室内实验,对高压喷射注浆浆液材料和配方进行研究;通过现场模拟试验对高压喷射注浆的施工工艺、关键技术参数进行研究;通过对实际工程应用的研究,对高压喷射注浆技术在地基和基础加固中的加固处理效果、加固适用地层范围及加固作用机理进行分析研究。同时还提出了既有建筑物地基及缺陷桩基础的高压喷射注浆加固效果检验方法。2.给出高应力土体圆孔扩张时极限孔扩压力的解答,并成功应用于压密注浆压力的预估,因此该方法具有一定的工程应用价值。3.推导出了劈裂灌浆初始阶段的塑性区半径、竖向和水平向灌浆压力解析解以及圆孔周围土体中的应力场分布解。通过算例分析可知,理论计算的劈裂灌浆压力与实际工程中的实测值比较接近,说明了本文理论计算结果具有一定的可靠性。4.给出了在一定的劈裂注浆压力作用下,浆液的最大扩散半径、注浆压力的衰减规律以及单一裂缝中注浆量的理论计算公式。计算分析表明:该理论计算结果与实际情况较为吻合。5.以土体中多孔同时劈裂注浆时的相互影响分析为基础,得出以圆形布置注浆孔时地基加固效果最差位置(圆心位置);同时推导了在控制注浆压力之下等间距布孔时的最优注浆孔的布置数量。6.提出了复合注浆的设计和确定注浆技术参数的计算方法。7.提出了复合注浆技术工法的特点、施工顺序、浆液材料、施工工艺参数。并对主要施工设备进行改进且取得了显著的好效果。8.最后对复合注浆实际工程进行研究,得出了复合注浆技术是一门综合的注浆技术,其经济性、可行性和加固效果都比常规注浆有利有效的结论。

【Abstract】 Technique of composite grouting is a new type grouting technique which make still pressure technique and high pressure spin spray technique unite according to sequence in order to exert their advantage. It can fully exert each advantage and get over each disadvantage about still pressure technique and high pressure spin spray technique, thereby attain the maximal applicability stratum range and best reinforce effect, and assure succeed rate and security of reinforce.1.The paper detailed study the characteristic, construct order, serum material, major construct process parameter, major construct equipment of technique and the construct process of composite grouting. At the same time,the paper in-depth discuss the reinforce foundation operation mechanism of technique of composite grouting, including spray incise action of high pressure spray flow to soil, mill metathesis concretion action, and penetrate, split, crush action of serum to soil, etc.2.The limit pressure of spherical cavity expansion is given by the law of conservation, in which the volume change of spherical cavity is balanced with the compression of granular soil and the energy given out from spherical cavity expansion is absorbed by the volume change and shear strain caused in granular soil. The stress-strain-volume change relationships and nonlinear strength behaviors of granular soils under high stresses are described. This method can be used to estimate the resistance of compression grouting. The process of analysis shows that the limit pressure is determined by the characteristics of stress-strain-volume change relationships and strength of granular soil, and has no concern with the pressure of superstratum. The theoretical values agree with the measured values from the field test.3.On the bases of the plastic mechanical mechanism and the large strain, the early phase of fracture grouting is regarded as the question of cavity expansion in infinite soil. The stress distribution due to the cavity expansion in soil is considered as two zones. The deformation following little deformation in elastic zone and large-deformation in plastic zone is taken into consideration. The initial fracturing grouting pressure is the limited expansion pressure and the second fracture grouting take place when the large and small stress of soil is conversion. On the bases of the stress equilibrium equation and continuous boundary condition of stress and deformation, the stress distribution in the elastic-plastic zones, the terminal plastic zone radius and fracturing grouting pressure are obtained. According to the compassion, the result of the present theory is very near to that of the engineering practice.4. On the assumption that the grouting flow in soil crack accord with H. Darcy law and the last formative crack breadth is even crack breadth, educed the attenuation law of pressure and the crack pervasion along the grouting radium, these conclusion are proved true by making use of numerical analyses method. On the base of the above conclusion, the more grouting bore of the influence is analysesed at the same, and the number and optimization position is deduced, and the grouting pressure, the influence of more grouting bore and diffuse radius is given.5. The paper in-depth study design calculate of composite grouting, design of composite grouting technical parameter.6. The paper study the serum material and prescription of by chamber experiment, study the construct process and key technic parameter by locale simulation test, and study the dispose effect, applicability stratum range and operation mechanism in foundation reinforce by studying practicality project, the paper still study the test of reinforce effect about present building foundation and disfigurement stake of technique of composite grouting.
