动态联盟构建及运行过程中若干关键问题的研究

【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来,面对日益加剧的市场竞争和个性化、多样化的客户需求,越来越多的企业意识到单凭自身的资源能力已经难以把握快速变化的市场机遇,为了摆脱困境,以核心能力为形式、对企业外部资源进行优化整合的有效手段——动态联盟成为众多企业的理性选择。然而,由于动态联盟的复杂性以及发展至今二十年左右的短暂历史,对动态联盟构建与运行过程的研究虽然一直以来都受到研究者的极大关注,但它的理论体系还不是十分成熟和完善。有鉴于此,本文以多目标决策理论、合作理论、新经济增长理论、组件技术等为基础,对动态联盟组建和稳定运行阶段所遇到的项目选择、盟员选择、利益分配等关键问题进行了比较深入的研究。主要研究内容如下:(1)把盟员选择联盟项目的问题看成是一个有限方案多指标群决策的过程,分析了国内外学术界有关多指标群决策的研究中建立多目标的线性、非线性规划模型以及利用AHP法建立指标因素集、专家评审、最后综合评判的方法的不足,提出了一种新的、简易的满意一致性检验和排序算法。(2)针对伙伴选择过程中存在的大量不确定、非定量的因素,提出应用语言判断矩阵的满意一致性来解决伙伴选择时无法用定量、明确的数值来进行盟员优劣排序的问题。(3)应用Shapley值法来解决动态联盟伙伴企业的利益分配问题,并分析其利弊,针对其缺陷设计了一种基于风险因子的修正算法。(4)提出一个按功能划分的、基于组件技术的动态联盟信息系统软件构架,给出了在此软件构架支持下的一个组件式信息系统模型。分析了动态联盟运行过程中成员企业信息交互时存在的一系列安全问题,尝试将PKI技术应用于动态联盟的信息交互过程。(5)从分析动态联盟运行过程中的知识溢出现象出发,探究了基于知识溢出的成员企业结盟原因,提出了知识溢出率、合作意愿函数、合作稳定度的概念,分析了动态联盟合作稳定度随知识溢出率变化的关系,提出了改进措施。
【Abstract】 Since 1990s, more and more enterprises consider that they have already beendifficult to respond rapidly to the market opportunities because of the development ofeconomic globalization and the diversiform demand of clients if they competeindependently only by their own abilities. In order to free themselves from suchdifficult situations, dynamic alliance which can reset and optimize the enterprisesresources is selected to be a pratical choice by many enterprises.Owing to the advantages of dynamic alliance, the construction and operationprocess about it has been highly concerned, but its theoretical framework has not beenquite mature and perfect as yet due to the complexity and its short developing historyof about 20 years.For making dynamic alliance become main pattern of organization in the future, itis undoubtedly important that we should do some research on the theories and methodsabout construction and operation process of dynamic alliance. Therefore, thisdissertation studies on some issues, such as project selection, partner selection andprofit allocation, etc, basing on multi-attribute decision theory, cooperative theory,new economy growth theory and component technology. The detailed contents are asfollows:(1) The process of project selection is regarded as the problem of multi-attributedecision making with finite alternatives in this dissertation. Some weak factorsabout linear programming models, non-linear programming models and AHPare analysed at first. Then, a new and advantageous method about judgementand sorting is proposed, according to which, if satisfying consistency isfulfilled, the sorting of the attributes can be obtained, otherwise the factorswhich possibly effect the satisfying consistency can be gained.(2) Aiming at many uncertain and non-quantitative factors, this dissertationproposes a method adopting the satisfying consistency of linguistic judgmentmatrix to settle the problem of partner selection which is better than themethods before.(3) Maximizing benefit is the ultimate intention for enterprises to join the alliance.But how to make the allocation be comparatively reasonable is an importantproblem whose significance can not be ignored. This dissertation introduces the Shapley Value algorithm and applies it to the profit allocation amongcooperation partners in the dynamic alliance. Besides these, the superioritiesand disadvantages are also analyzed in the dissertation. A modified methodbased on venture is presented to improve the algorithm later.(4) This dissertation brings forward a component-based software infrastructure,introduces a GSM model of dynamic alliance information system and discussessome significant issues. Then, via a transmission example between corporationA and corporation B, the security troubles of identity authentication, dataconfidentiality, etc. are analysed which are present when the partners arecommunicating. In attempt to solve these troubles, the technology policies ofPKI are proposed to apply in information interactive process between members.(5) Dynamic alliance is short of strong and valid controlling measures inadministration. Because of this, it is easy to cause partners to betray theirpromises and result in the instability of alliance. This dissertation explores thereason about allying between parters from the phenomena of knowledgespillover. Then, the auther brings out the concept about the ratio of knowledgespillover, function of cooperative inclination, stability degree of collaborationin order to discuss the functional relationship and stability changing along withratio of knowledge spillover. Fianally, some improvement advices are given.
