高压共轨式电控柴油机故障自诊断系统研究

【摘要】 为了满足日趋严格的排放法规和进一步提高柴油机的经济性、动力性的要求,电子技术的应用是当今汽车工业发展的必然趋势。电子技术的广泛应用使得发动机电控系统的结构越来越复杂,当发生故障时,判断故障发生原因以及发现故障的部位也相应的变得越来越困难。电控发动机的故障自诊断系统就是在这种背景下孕育而生的,故障自诊断系统的主要作用是通过对发动机运行状态的实时监测,在发生故障的时候,不仅能以闪亮故障灯的形式来告知驾驶员,存储相应的故障码和其他故障信息以方便维修人员进行维修,而且还会自动进入预先设置好的故障运行模式,正因为如此故障自诊断系统的引入大大提高了电控发动机的可靠性和可维修性,所以电控发动机的故障自诊断系统已经成为目前市场服务和新车出厂检查时不可缺少的手段。本文所研究开发的高压共轨式电控柴油机故障自诊断系统正是顺应了整个发动机行业发展的潮流。本论文来源于“YC6112ZLQA高压共轨式电控柴油机开发”的厂校合作重大攻关项目。本文在充分研究国内外相关领域的文献和资料的基础上,对高压共轨式电控柴油机的故障自诊断系统开展了深入的研究,主要研究内容包括以下三个方面:1、高压共轨式电控柴油机故障自诊断与失效处理首先,对现有的一些故障诊断方法进行了研究,分析这些方法的优缺点,再根据车载诊断系统的要求,形成了以部件的信号特性为基础与物理模型相结合的诊断方法,以此来满足车载诊断系统的实时性和准确性的要求。然后根据美国的OBDⅡ标准,结合GD-1的系统结构,确定了GD-1故障自诊断系统所应具备的功能,其中包括故障闪灯功能、存储故障码(满足SAE-J2012标准)和故障记录、传感器故障诊断及其失效处理、执行器故障诊断及其失效处理、失火诊断和冷却系统合理性诊断。

【Abstract】 For meet more and more strict emission regulation and improve economy, power nature demand of diesel engine further, the application of electronic technology is a current trend of the industrial development of automobile. Wide application of Electronic technology is it accuse of systematic structure more and more complicated to make, when breaking down, judge the trouble reason and find the fault part becoming more and more difficult. The on-board diagnostics system for automobile is come into being under this background, main function of on-board diagnostics system through monitor in real time to engine operation state, when fault happen, not merely alert the driver by flashing fault light, store corresponding diagnostic trouble code (DTC) and failure record, and will also enter remedial action automatically. Because on-board diagnostics system can greatly improve engine endurance and reliability, so on-board diagnostics system become between market service and new car dispatch from the factory the indispensable means while checking at present already automatically controlled trouble of engine.
