【摘要】 随着经济全球化的到来,世界经济迅猛发展,企业竞争战略逐步由对立竞争走向合作竞争,新一轮国际战略联盟浪潮方兴未艾,“共赢”已作为推动全球经济发展的重要原则之一被广为接受。中国经济自改革开放以来也取得了长足进展,尤其是加入WTO以来成绩斐然,倍受世界瞩目。中国经济已经成为全球经济不可分割的重要组成部分,逐步融入到全球经济大潮中。同时,随着中国经济体制改革不断深入,各种所有制形式经济实体的发展壮大,国有企业改革也进入改革攻坚阶段,一些诸如产权如何转换、国有资产如何保值增值等社会关注焦点问题凸显并亟待解决。本文正是基于这样的背景,对国有企业如何抓住“国际战略联盟”所带来的良好机遇,实现国有企业改革发展、确保国有资产保值增值进行创新性研究。本文从产权治理理论深层剖析入手,阐述了战略联盟的内涵、特征、性质及国企改革选择国际战略联盟优势,介绍了进化博弈理论的基本概念、分析要素及假设,组建了“赢得函数”,构建了战略联盟合作各方博弈模型,为实证分析山东小鸭集团与英国乔利福集团实施战略联盟提供理论基础和计算方法。在此基础上,本文以小鸭集团与英国乔利福集团战略联盟为实例,分析了小鸭集团所面临的国际国内及行业环境形势,对中英两国政治、经济、文化、国际关系等方面因素对小鸭集团国际战略联盟影响进行了对比分析,研究了重要因素及关键因素。运用博弈分析方法,研究小鸭集团、济南市国资委、英国乔利福集团开展战略联盟合作的可能性和合作机制。并且通过考察企业能力、对策、竞合关系等因素对博弈的资本、收益、技术、风险的影响特征,构造了战略联盟合作三方的博弈模型。运用Matlab编程对小鸭集团、济南市国资委、英国乔利福集团三方战略联盟合作的博弈进行计算,得出了三方合作博弈的均衡和在自身优化条件下的对局状况。根据三方博弈的均衡和优化对局的计算结论,构造了三方战略联盟合作的静态博弈、进化博弈。通过进化博弈分析,探讨小鸭集团、济南市国资委、英国乔利福集团战略合作进化稳定策略、影响因素和优化方法。提出了小鸭集团战略联盟的原则、应对措施。最后,总结了本文在研究过程中所做的探索性研究和创新成果、不足和展望。本文通过对影响战略联盟合作的企业能力、竞争关系、企业投入等因素对战略更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprises competition strategy has reached cooperative competition thru opposite competition with the economic globalization and quick development. The new international strategic alliance is still in the ascendant,“mutual benefit”as one of the important principles pushing global economy development is worldly accepted. Chinese economy has greatly developed since the execution of open policy, and its extraordinary performance has attracted world attention, especially after entering into WTO. Chinese economy has gradually melted into global economy, which is not dividable. As the Chinese economic reformation going deep, all forms of economic enterprises developed a lot. State-owned enterprises reformation comes to fortified stage; some social issues have exposed such as assets transition and state-owned assets preservation and increase, which are waiting for resolve. The essay researches on the state-owned enterprises how to grasp the“international strategic alliance”to develop the enterprises reformation and assets preservation and increase, based on the above mentioned background.The article analyzes on the assets management theory, expatiates on strategic alliance’s intention, characteristics, property and the advantages of choosing international alliances for the state-owned enterprises, introduces the basic description for game theory, analyzing elements and consumptions, builds the“win function”, constructs game model for each alliance members, which supplies theory basis and calculating methods for the strategic alliance between XiaoYa Group and Jolliffe Group (UK). Based on the analysis, the article gives an example of the strategy alliance between Xiaoya Group and Jolliffe International (UK), analyzing the domestic and international surroundings of Xiaoya Group and affecting factors to Xiaoya’s international strategy alliance of politics, economy, culture, and international relationship between China and UK.
