面板堆石坝应力变形特性研究

【摘要】 混凝土面板堆石坝是目前坝工建设中最富竞争力和最具发展前景的坝型之一。从国内外面板堆石坝的研究上看,早期的面板堆石坝设计主要以经验并结合工程师的判断为主,系统性的科研工作不多。近些年来,随着面板堆石坝技术的发展,面板堆石坝的设计正逐渐从经验判断转向以理论分析和试验研究为指导的阶段。 对面板堆石坝而言,坝体的应力变形特性是关系到坝体安全和运行性状的一个重要问题。在我国的面板堆石坝工程实践中,虽然取得了一定的成绩,但也有一些失败的教训。沟后面板砂砾石坝的垮坝事件、株树桥面板堆石坝面板的塌陷以及天生桥面板堆石坝的大量结构性裂缝等问题都昭示着我们切不可对面板堆石坝的应力变形问题掉以轻心。最近一些年来,随着面板堆石坝坝高的不断增加、坝址地形条件的日趋复杂,工程中对面板堆石坝应力变形分析的理论和分析手段也提出了越来越高的要求。对于高面板堆石坝,如何正确预测坝体在各种工况条件下的变形趋势,并在此基础上优化坝体的设计、确保面板受力的均匀已成为面板堆石坝设计中的一个关键问题。以往的面板堆石坝应力变形分析研究虽取得了一定的成果,但有关面板堆石坝应力变形特性方面的系统研究成果尚不多见。针对这方面问题的全面、系统研究,不但具有重要的学术意义,同时也具有重大的工程实用价值。 本篇论文主要是针对混凝土面板堆石坝的应力变形特性进行系统的分析研究,并由此分析探讨混凝土面板堆石坝在各种情况下的应力变形规律及其相关影响因素。在论文的研究中,除采用数值分析的方法外,还采用了大型土工离心模型试验的研究方法,在此基础上,对采用数值模型和物理模型相结合的方法解决混凝土面板堆石坝应力变形分析的思路进行了研究和探讨。 论文所取得的实质性进展和主要创新点包括: (1) 在系统总结堆石材料工程特性的基础上,对其相关影响因素和分析模型进行了归纳和总结,并从工程实用的角度,对分析模型的应用进行了评述,同时还在试验资料的基础上,对堆石材料模型计算参数的统计分析进行了初步的探索。
【Abstract】 Concrete faced rockfilll dam (CFRD) is the most competitive dam type that with great potential in dam engineering. In the early stage of the CFRD development, the design was mainly based on engineer’s experience. Lesser systematic research works were carried out. In recent years, with the progress of CFRD technology, the design and construction of CFRD is gradually shift from the experience based method to the more scientific based method which is mainly guided by theoretic analysis and laboratory test.Fro concrete faced rockfill dam, the stress and deformation properties of the dam are the most important issues that vital to dam safety and operation. Although great progresses have been achieved in China’s CFRD construction, there are also several failure cases. The breach of the Gouhou CFRD, the concrete slab collapse of the Zhushuqiao CFRD and the structure cracks in slabs of the Tianshengqiao No 1 CFRD remind us to pay much more attentions on the stress and deformation properties of CFRD. With the rising dam height of CFRD and more and more complex topographic and geologic conditions at dam site, the requirements for analysis method will be higher and higher. For high CFRD, how to predict its deformation trends, how to optimize dam design and to keep a smooth stress status of concrete slabs have become the key issues of the design. Though there are certain achievements in past research, it still lack of comprehensive and systematic study on the stress and deformation properties of CFRD. The research on this aspect will not only has important academic significance, but also has great practical values in engineering application.Focuses on stress and deformation properties of CFRD, the dissertation conduct a systematic research in this field. Stress and deformation status of CFRD under different conditions were calculated and the related influential factors were analyzed. In the research, besides the numerical analysis method, centrifuge modeling test was applied as well. Based on this research, a method of combining numerical analysis and physical modeling test to perform stress and deformation analysis was further developed.The substantial progresses and the main innovation works of the dissertation include:(1) Based on systematic summarization of the engineering properties of rockfill material, the related influential factors and constitutive models were investigated.
