沥青路面合理结构的研究

【摘要】 在我国公路建设不断快速发展的过程中,沥青路面结构作为一种主要的路面结构形式被广泛应用。但问题是,在我国目前公路建设和养护过程中,沥青路面结构的早期损坏问题非常突出,社会影响大,浪费严重,成为目前困扰我国交通建设发展的难点和热点问题。沥青路面结构有多种形式,我国经过多年的应用实践,选择了半刚性基层结构形式,这是一种历史的选择。但面对日趋严重的半刚性基层沥青路面结构的损坏的发生,解决半刚性基层沥青路面结构早期损坏问题,提高沥青路面结构的长期使用性能成为现阶段的一个主要目标。针对我国半刚性基层沥青路面结构早期损坏现象,笔者在总结、归纳和试验研究的基础上,对沥青路面早期损坏的主要类型进行了分类,并对半刚性基层沥青路面结构早期损坏的机理进行了研究。通过研究认为,从沥青路面结构组合设计入手解决半刚性基层沥青路面结构的早期损坏问题是一条根本出路。因此在总结我国现有沥青路面结构使用经验教训,并在充分借鉴国外沥青路面设计与使用经验的基础上,提出了沥青路面结构合理组合形式,并对沥青路面结构设计方法、级配碎石材料设计参数以及级配碎石施工工艺和施工质量检测方法进行了系统研究。在我国沥青路面结构设计中,存在着仅通过室内材料性能评价来表征材料实际路用性能的问题,而这种种方法是通常是不准确的。因此,借助于国际上先进的足尺路面加速加载试验系统(Accelerated Pavement Testing,APT),对提出的沥青路面合理结构形式进行了试验验证,试验证明提出的沥青路面合理路面结构形式具有较好的使用性能。为了进一步研究沥青路面合理结构形式的长期使用性能,修建了实体工程试验路,一方面对沥青路面合理结构实施的可行性进行验证,同时也为进一步开展沥青路面合理结构形式长期使用性能的研究打下了基础。
【Abstract】 Semi-rigid base asphalt pavement have been widely used as a main kind of pavement structures in China for main road in the past twenty years, at the same time, premature distress of such pavements structure have often been connected with the semi-rigid base, bring on a great social influence and a serious waste. The premature distress of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement has become the difficulties and hotspots, obstructing the highway construction development in our country.Asphalt pavement structures are various. After many-year application and practice, The semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure was choosen by us with a historical choice. However, in the face of the worsening occurrence of the premature distress in semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure, it becomes the main task and aim of the present time to settle the premature distress problem and advance the long-time performance.Aim at the early premature phenomena of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure, on the basis of summarizing conclusion and test research, this paper classifies the main types of asphalt pavement premature distress, and studies the mechanism of the premature distress in semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure according to the results of full-scale pavement accelerating loading testings.Designing the structure combination of asphalt pavement is a ultimate method solving the problem of the premature distress of asphalt pavement with a semi-rigid base. Thus, based on the summarization of the experiences of using asphalt pavements in China and the reference of the experiences of designing and using asphalt pavements abroad, this paper puts forward the reasonable structure combination of asphalt pavement; elementarily forms a new frame of structure combination design method of asphalt pavement; via the MTS and filed-bearing-board test, recommends the value of the resilient modulus of the graded broken stone; via the test road and the substantial project, recommends the construction technics and the checking and measuring methods of the graded broken stone base.In purpose of evaluating a commendatory reasonable pavement structure’s performance, with the use of the system of international advanced full-scale Accelerated Pavement Testing, the asphalt reasonable structure which was put forward in this paper was validated by testings. The results proved that the commendatory reasonable pavement structure which was mentioned in this paper had better performance.The construction of entity project trial road had laid the foundation for the further research of the long-term performance of asphalt pavement reasonable structure.
