面向虚拟企业的零件工艺信息系统关键技术研究

【摘要】 随着市场竞争日益激烈以及经济全球化进程加快,虚拟企业模式由于本身的特点逐渐显示其巨大的优越性。异地异构条件下信息的共享和集成成为虚拟企业急需解决的难题之一,同时这也是各类信息进行交互的基本平台,其中的工艺信息提取、信息传输、信息管理是虚拟企业实施的基础,也是其区别于传统企业的主要方面。无论对民用企业还是对军工企业来说这个关键难题解决的好坏将直接关系到虚拟企业实施的成败。因此进行面向虚拟企业的零件工艺信息提取、传输、管理的研究有着重要的理论意义和实用价值。 首先分析了虚拟企业模式下零件信息提取、传输、管理的国内外研究现状,并根据虚拟企业的信息流动特点,定义了面向虚拟企业零件工艺信息的具体内容,进行了面向虚拟企业的零件工艺信息系统功能需求分析,在此基础上提出了面向虚拟企业的零件工艺信息体系结构,进一步分析了虚拟企业信息流通的难点和关键之处,为深入研究零件信息提取、传输、管理奠定了基础。 在分析和研究国内外零件信息模型现状的基础上,对不同的建模方法进行了比较,并采用基于特征的建模方法,建立了面向虚拟企业的零件工艺信息概念模型。结合multi-agent技术建立了零件工艺信息模型中各特征间的信息协作和通信模型,并给出相关的数学表达。这些为建立面向虚拟企业的零件工艺信息数据库作好了准备工作。 运用组合算法和模糊理论,提出了异地异构条件下零件工艺信息的提取方法,开发了零件工艺信息识别模块,实现了零件特征以及特征形状和几何属性等的识别。创建了面向虚拟企业的零件工艺信息数据库,可以满足不同子企业的信息需求。 解决了虚拟企业模式下零件工艺信息传输问题,采取的方法是通过将数据库表中的信息转换成XML格式,加密后进行网络传输,并在客户端实现了存储信息到客户数据库及根据需求及时网页显示信息。 分析了虚拟企业工艺信息管理模块的功能,在研究CORBA等关键技术的基础上开发了基于CORBA和Web的零件工艺信息管理模块。并结合实例详细说明了零件工艺信息提取、传输、管理模块开发的具体步骤。

【Abstract】 With the more competitive market and the more rapid process of economy globalization, virtual enterprises slowly show their great advantages due to the features. However, information sharing and integration of different place and heterogeneous becomes one of the problems that need to rapidly be solved and the basic communication framework of all kinds of information.which includes process information acquirement, transmission and management. They are the basis of virtual enterprise, and the main facts different from the conventional enterprise. The methods of key problem directly decide the success or failure of the implementation of virtual enterprises not only commercial enterprises but also military enterprises. Therefore, it is theory meaning and practical value for the research of information acquirement, transmission and management of virtual enterprise- oriented.Present conditions of domestic and foreign research of part information acquirement, transmission and management in the virtual enterprise are analyzed. According to the information features of virtual enterprise, the concrete contexts of part process information virtual enterprise-oriented are difined, and functional requirement of part process information system are analyzed. The structure of part process information system is proposed on these bases. The crucial and difficult problems of information communication are farther analyzed, which is the basis for the research in depth of information acquirement, transmission and management.On the basis of analysis and research of present condition of domestic and foreign of part information model, the different methods of erecting model are compared. The concept model of part process information is erected by the method of features-based. The cooperation and communication model among the features of part process information is erected by combining with multi-agent technology, and the related mathematic express is given. These are the basic work for erecting the process information database of part.The method of acquiring part process information in different place and heterogeneous is proposed by using the combination algorithm and fuzzy theory. Part process information recognition module is developed, which can recognize the features of part and features form, geometry attribute. The information database of part process is erected for satisfying the information requirement of different sub-enterprises.The information transmission of part process in the pattern of virtual enterprise is settled.
