无线通信系统中的微波部件研究

【摘要】 随着通信技术的不断发展,无线电技术中的微波有源、无源部件的研究对于提高卫星通信系统以及雷达系统的性能具有非常重要的意义。因此本文的工作主要围绕着无线电收发信机中的微波有源、无源部件展开。内容涉及微带结构的带通滤波器、微带结构的双工器、微波低噪声放大器以及功率放大器以及功率放大器的效率提高技术的研究。在传统的无线电收发信机中,为了降低杂波响应对混频器、功率放大器等非线性部件的影响,通常最直接的方式是在带通滤波器的输出端口串联一个低通滤波器,额外低通滤波器的使用不仅增加了滤波器的插入损耗同时也加大了滤波器的体积。具有杂波抑制特性的带通滤波器不仅可以实现这个功能,同时由于抑制了杂波还可以提高带通滤波器的通带对称性以及高端阻带的衰减特性。因此研究具有杂波抑制特性的带通滤波器变得十分有意义。在研究了国内外关于微带结构带通滤波器的杂波抑制技术的基础上在本文的第二章中结合微带传输线理论提出了抑制杂波的SIR电容耦合微带带通滤波器结构,详细分析了SIR谐振器结构通过调整谐振器的阻抗比实现杂波频率控制的机理,给出了SIR电容耦合带通滤波器的仿真结果;此外由于频率资源越来越紧张,使得具有高频率选择特性的滤波器设计技术成为滤波器研究中的一个重要组成部分。结合并联微带λ/4开路线产生传输零点的特性,提出了两种在频率响应的通带附近具有一对传输零点微带带通滤波器结构,分析了产生传输零点的机理,最后给出了滤波器的设计实例以及测试结果。双工器是收发信机中的一个关键微波部件,双工器的设计不仅要使得收、发通道内的滤波器具有好的插损性能,还要使得收发通道之间的隔离度比较高以降低通道之间的信号干扰。微带双工器不仅可以减小双工器实现的体积也可以降低双工器的制作成本,因此微带双工器的研究成为微波双工器中的一个重要组成部分。在本文的第三章中采用两个并联的hairpin带通滤波器设计了一个微带双工器,通过调整T型接头微带线的长度来减小收发通道滤波器之间的干扰。另外将具有传输零点的微带开路环带通滤波器应用于双工器的设计之中,详细分析了微带开路环谐振器的各种耦合情况以及微带开路环带通滤波器的设计技术,最后采用两个微带开路环带通滤波器的并联形式设计了隔离度比较好的一种微带双工器,仿真结果表明该类型的双工器具有优良的频率响应。高性能的低噪声放大器可以提高接收机的接收灵敏度,是无线电接收机中的一个重要部件。在本文的第四章对低噪声放大器的设计技术进行了详细的介绍。内容包含低噪声放大器的稳定性、噪声系数、增益和晶体管输入、输出匹配网络相关的

【Abstract】 With the development of communication technology, It become very valuable to study microwave active or passive components in wireless technology as excellent microwave components can enhance the capability of satellite communication systems or radar systems.The objects studied in the thesis involved microstrip bandpass filter、microstrip diplexers、low noise amplifier、power amplifier and the technology improving the power amplifier’s power added efficiency .In traditional wireless transceiver,the most direct way to cascade a low pass filter after the bandpass filter in order to reduce spurious response effect to nonlinear microwave components such as mixer、power amplifier. The use of an additional low pass filter not only degrades the insert loss but increases the size of the filter.The bandpass filter that has spurious suppression characteristics can solve this problem and it has excellent bandpass symmetry and stopband attenuation characteristics at high frequency.So it becomes very practical value to study the bandpass filter that has sprious suppression characteristics.Based on the study for the spurious suppression technology of microstrip bandpass filter ,A capacitive coupled Stepped Impedance Resonators(SIR) microstrip passband filter is proposed according to transmission theory in chapter 2, the principle that spurious center frequency can be controlled by adjusting the SIR impedance ratio are analyzied and the results of passband filter simulation is given. On the other hand, highly selective bandpass filters have been comprehensively studied as the frequency resource become more and more scarce.Two microstrip bandpass filters with a pair of transmission zeros on both sides of the filter are proposed based on the principle that one transmission zero can be made if transmission line paralleled with a microstripλ/4 open stub . The reason that transmission zero produced is analyzed in detail. At the end of the chapter the simulation and measurement result of two microstrip bandpass filters have been presented.Diplexers is the critical microwave component in the transceiver.the design goal of diplexers is to make the receiving and transmitting channel bandpass filter has good inert loss performance and enchance the isolation to reduce mutual disturbance. Microstrip diplexers not only can reduce the size but minish the production cost ,So the study of microstrip diplexers becomes the import parts of the microwave diplexers research.In the chapter three ,a microstrip diplexers composed with two hairpin bandpass filter has been
