集成情境知识管理中几个关键技术的研究

【摘要】 论文结合国家自然科学基金项目:知识集成的组织管理机制、模型和工具的研究(项目编号:79970036)和国家863高科技计划项目:面向企业知识创新的知识工程与知识管理技术(项目编号:2002AA414310),针对制造企业在知识管理实施过程中所遇到的问题和困难,将情境明确地引入到知识管理中,系统深入地研究了集成情境知识管理(KMIC)的基本原理、方法、关键技术和系统,并结合某服装集团数字化工程和某汽车零部件集团信息化工程等项目,对取得的理论研究成果进行了具体应用。 第一章阐述了论文的研究背景,对知识管理技术和工具、情境及其在知识管理中的应用的研究进展进行了回顾和分析,进而给出了论文的主要内容和结构。 第二章探讨了KMIC的基本原理和体系框架。在阐明知识、知识管理和情境定义的基础上,系统地分析了情境与知识和知识管理的关系以及情境在知识管理中的作用,明确了KMIC的概念和目标,建立了KMIC的体系框架。 第三章在分析集成情境的知识建模需求基础上,提出了基于知识载体、知识内容和知识情境的集成情境的知识(KIC)模型,对知识载体、知识内容和知识情境的建模进行了系统深入的研究,提出了情境建模的原则和多维情境建模方法。为便于计算机存储处理KIC模型,讨论了KIC模型基于本体的存储实现问题。 第四章系统地研究了情境的识别获取技术。在分析情境识别获取需求基础上,提出了情境的多粒度设计和直接情境识别获取、间接情境关联和推理获取相结合的情境识别获取方法,并建立了情境识别获取的技术体系结构。 第五章对情境的相似性评估技术和集成情境的知识检索获取技术进行了研究。提出了基于主情境模型树的情境相似性评估方法(HCMT方法)和精确匹配检索、智能推理检索和情境相似检索相结合的集成情境的知识检索获取方法,对用户查询和查询图的构造进行了研究。 第六章对KMIC系统的开发和实现进行了研究。分析了KMIC系统的需求,建立了KMIC系统的体系结构,在此基础上讨论了KMIC系统的开发实现,介绍了KMIC系统的主要功能。 第七章论述了KMIC在某服装集团和某汽车零部件集团的具体应用,对KMIC的理论、方法、技术和系统进行了验证。 第八章对全文进行了总结,并展望了后续研究工作。

【Abstract】 With the support from the item of National Nature Science Foundation of China (No.79970036): The Research on the Organization Mechanism, Model and Tool of the Knowledge Integration and the item of State 863 High-Tech R&D Program of China (No.2002AA414310): The Technologies of Knowledge Engineering and Knowledge Management for Enterprise Knowledge Innovation, the concept of context is explicitly introduced into Knowledge Management (KM) and the research on basic theories, methods, key technologies and system of Knowledge Management Integrating Context (KMIC) is conducted comprehensively and deeply in this dissertation to solve the problems and difficulties faced in the process of KM implementation in manufacturing enterprises. And the research achievements are put into practice combined with the digital project of a garment group and the information project of an auto parts group.In the 1st chapter, the research background of this dissertation is described. KM technologies and tools, context and its application in KM are reviewed and analyzed, and the main content and structure of this dissertation are given.In chapter 2, the basic theories and framework of KMIC are discussed. On the basis of the definition of knowledge, KM and context, the relation of context to knowledge and KM, and the benefits of introducing context into KM are analyzed systematically. The definition and goal of KMIC are clarified, and the framework of KMIC is builtIn chapter 3, after analyzing the requirements of the context integrated knowledge modeling, the Knowledge Integrating Context (KIC) model based on knowledge carriers, knowledge content and knowledge context is proposed. The modeling of knowledge carriers, knowledge content and knowledge context is studied comprehensively. The principles for context modeling and a multi-dimension context modeling method are proposed. To meet the needs of computer supported KIC model processing, the storage implementation of KIC model based on ontology is discussed.In the 4th chapter, the context identifying and acquiring technologies are studied systematically. A multi-granularity design for context is presented, and a method for identifying and acquiring context is put forward as well, which combines direct context identifying acquirement and indirect context associating and reasoning acquirement.
