全液压推土机液压行驶驱动系统动力学研究

【摘要】 随着国家经济建设和基础设施建设的不断扩大和发展,工程机械行业的发展得到极大的促进,国内各生产企业都在各自所属的领域内扩展产品种类,采用一些先进的技术来开发自己的产品或通过引进国外先进技术来提高产品质量。但由于我们自身的原因及与国外先进水平存在的差距,发展受到一定的限制,其主要是在产品耐用性、可靠性、自动化程度及环境污染的控制等方面。自上世纪八十年代以来,我国通过引进、消化、吸收,工程机械技术水平和制造能力得到长足的发展。近年来随着机电液一体化技术的不断应用,液压传动愈来愈显现出强大的生命力,国外的液压传动技术日趋成熟,在工程机械领域的应用愈来愈多,大有取代传统传动形式的趋势。我国在推土机液压传动方面的研究处于初期阶段,理论研究基本处于空白状态。国内生产的全液压推土机基本上模仿国外产品,由于缺乏理论支持,牵引性能远远不能满足推土机作业工况的要求,其动力性和经济性与国外差距甚远。 本文开展全液压推土机牵引动力学研究,旨在解决目前国内在全液压推土机行驶驱动方面的理论问题,探讨液压推土机匹配的准则、方法和控制方式。通过对国内外传动形式和控制模式的分析研究、推土机的野外实验和台架实验及计算机模拟仿真,提供全液压推土机液压系统设计的基本方法、液压系统合理的参数配置、行驶系统的控制形式与方法,弥补目前国内全液压推土机行驶驱动系统理论研究方面的不足。 1、通过对国内外的全液压驱动的推土机研究现状进行了详细分析与综合,对推土机的运动学、动力学以及液压驱动系统的参数进行了分析计算,对一些传动、行驶系统的主要参数如系统压力、速度、滑转率等进行分析确定,建立了牵引特性方程和行驶驱动系统计算机辅助程序。对液压行驶驱动系统的性能匹配进行了分析,研究液压传动系统合理匹配的条件、匹配原则与方法,从压力匹配、转速匹配两方面讨论分析发动机与液压传动装置的匹配控制。 2、对由发动机、变量泵、变量马达、行走机构组成的负荷驱动系统进行研究,为使系统在任何状态下都有最佳的动力输出特性,达到系统的最佳性能而采取的控制目标、控制方式进行了分析研究。确定推土机行驶驱动系统的液压传动回路以及控制方案。 3、对液压驱动系统效率、驱动系统压力载荷与速度特性进行分析,对液压驱动系统的速度刚度进行研究,确定了提高系统刚度、提高系统抗负载能力的方法。

【Abstract】 With the continuously extend of the national economy construction and the development of the establishment of foundational construction, the development of the engineering mechanism industry has been promoted greatly. Each domestic producing enterprises were all to expand the product category in each field, adopting the advanced technique to develop their own product or using the foreign advanced technique to raise the product quality. But because of the reason of ourselves and the existent difference with foreign advanced level, the development is subjected to the certain restrict, mainly in the product enduring, reliability, automation degree and controlling of the pollution of environment etc. Since 80’s in last century, by taking in, digesting, absorbing, the engineering machine technique level and the making ability in our country had got the substantial development. With the machine-electricity-liquid technique applied continuously in recent years, the hydraulic transmission have presented a strong vitality little and little. The hydraulic technique have gradually matured abroad, its application in the engineering machine field become more frequent, and has a great trend of replacing the tradition transmission . In our country, the research is placed in the early stage in the bulldozer hydraulic drive, the theories study is basically placed in the blank appearance. The whole hydraulic bulldozer produced in our country is mostly the copy of the foreign product. Because of lacking the theories’ support, the draught capability can’t meet the demand of the bulldozer work condition at all, the power and economy have great difference with foreign’s .The dynamics research of the hydraulic driving bulldozer have been made in this text, and the aim is to resolve the current theoretical problem in the hydraulic bulldozer, discuss the standard, method and the control methods in the match of the hydraulic bulldozer. By the analysis and research of driving form and the control mode both in home and abroad, and through experiment in door and outdoor, and calculate and compute simulation , provide the basic method of the hydraulic system designed in the whole hydraulic bulldozer , and the reasonable parameter configured of the hydraulic system, and the control form and methods of the driving system, and make up for the current shortage in the theoretical studies of whole hydraulic driving bulldozer in our country.1. By the detailed analysis and synthesize of present research condition in the whole hydraulic driving bulldozer at home and abroad , the kinetics, dynamics and the parameter of hydraulic driving system of the bulldozer have been analyzed and calculated. Some main parameters in driving and moving system, such as system pressure, speed, sliding rate , have been analyzed and confirmed, and the driving characteristic equation and the compute assistance procedure of the hydraulic driving system have been built up. The capability match of the hydraulic driving system have been analyzed, the reasonable match condition and principle and methods of the hydraulic driving system have also been studied. The match control between the engine and hydraulic driving device have been discussed and analyzed
