【摘要】 当今世界经济发展进程中，作为科技竞争力支撑产业的高科技产业已经成为世界经济发展的动力和衡量国家综合国力的重要指标；作为高科技产业微观单元的高科技企业以其强烈的创新冲动和专业化技术，不仅为孵化新兴产业、激活区域经济提供了重要的基础，是各国发展高科技产业和建立国家创新体系的重要主体，而且还成为推动产业升级、提高经济综合竞争力的基本力量。在众多高科技企业中，中小型高科技企业数量众多、成长迅速、机制灵活，正发挥着日益重要的作用。 我国自改革开放以来，一大批中小型高科技企业得到迅速发展和壮大，这些企业机制灵活，市场适应性好，科技含量高，尤其是在技术创新的效率和活力方面有着独特的优势，已经成为我国科技成果转化、实现技术创新的重要载体，成为促进我国经济稳定快速增长的重要支撑。但是，在中小型高科技企业成长的过程中也存在许多问题，如企业融资困难，技术创新能力较弱，政策环境有待改善等问题。因此，如何认识中小型高科技企业成长现状，如何系统地、全面地评价中小型高科技企业成长性，如何促进处在不同成长阶段的中小型高科技企业提高成长性成为一个亟待研究解决的课题。 正是在这样的背景下，论文对中国中小型高科技企业成长性评价及提高成长性的对策进行研究。 论文首先对中小型高科技企业、企业成长和企业成长性的概念进行了界定，指出企业成长是企业从小到大、由弱到强的发展过程，而企业成长性是企业在一个较长的时间内从小到大、由弱到强的能力，它取决于三个因素：企业竞争力、成长潜力和环境支持力。同时对企业生命周期的相关理论、企业竞争力的相关理论和企业成长环境的相关理论进行阐述，为本论文的研究奠定坚实的理论基础。 其次论文在从企业自身和外部环境两个方面分析我国中小型高科技企业更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, high-tech industry, as the base of technological competition power, has become the drive of world economic development and an important indicator of synthetic national power. As its’ micro cell, high-tech enterprise, stemmed from the nature of innovation impulse and specialized technology, provides an important bedrock for emerging industries’ incubation and regional economy activation, and .also promotes industry upgrading and synthetic economic competitive power. Hence, it becomes a principle part in high-tech industry development and national innovation system establishment in all countries.Since the reform and opening-up in China, a lot of high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises (high-tech SMEs) have been grown up very quickly. With flexible operation system, strong adaptability to market and advantages in technologically innovative efficiency, high-tech SMEs have played a crucial role in technological innovation, the transformation of national science and technology fruits and sustain our economy to grow stably and fast.However, there are still many problems in the development of high-tech SMEs. For example, according to the macro environment, high-tech SMEs are often unequally treated in financial and law fields, which can only be tackled through in-depth reform; the weak ability of technological innovation constrains the high-tech SMEs from inner aspect. Hence, it’s very important and realistic to penetrate into the study of high-tech SMEs’ growth in China, which include topics of precisely comprehending the actuality, evaluating high-tech SMEs’ growth systematically and roundly, and how to promote the high-tech SMEs to pullulate healthily in different stages.This dissertation aims to evaluate the growth of high-tech SMEs in China and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
