制造业企业核心业务评价及其外包决策与模式研究

【摘要】 在我国,制造业是国民经济的重要支柱产业,其对GDP的增长有着至关重要的作用。但是作为一个制造业企业很难拥有全方位的资源优势。若将企业资源分散到各个环节上,势必造成资源的浪费,不利于迅速建立自己的竞争优势。伴随着经济全球化的发展,为了有效的资源配置,我国制造业企业出现了大量外包行为,通过外包,一方面制造业企业通过集中资源与力量,选择自己擅长的领域,并在该领域中形成技术优势和规模优势,既充分利用了资源,又有利于建立自己的核心优势,另一方面外包的制造业企业还可以突破内部资源约束,减少培育核心竞争力的时间成本,对企业绩效的提高起到至关重要的作用。 论文采用实证研究与规范研究,定量分析与定性分析相结合的研究方法展开。由于资源外包研究涉及领域较多,为此,论文经过大量的文献检索与查阅,对相关领域的研究进展进行评析;与此同时,结合导师主持的研究课题对国内制造业企业的资源外包情况进行了实地调研和问卷调查。研究过程中,核心能力理论、企业资源观理论、交易成本经济学、改进层次分析法、DEA理论以及聚类分析法等方法工具都有不同程度的应用。 论文首先对资源外包组织识别及其形成和演进原理进行了研究,此部分分别研究了资源外包组织识别基础、资源外包形成机理和资源外包演进方式。在外包组织识别方面,本文从经济学角度对处于市场和科层组织之间的中间型组织进行了研究,并从此角度对资源外包进行了重新的识别;在外包形成机理研究方面,运用分工理论、启发模型和博弈论等理论分析了资源外包形成的基础条件、必然性和稳定性;在资源外包演进方式方面,分别从效率和核心能力角度进行了分析,并绘制了演进图景。 以此基础上,本文接下来对制造业企业核心业务评价体系做了研究,由于我国制造业中存在了很多多元化经营的企业,一方面,企业主要资源、精力都集中于核心业务上,另一方面企业把资源外包战略已从非核心业务转移到核心业务上,因此首先对此部分研究十分必要,首先,分析了核心业务的研究进展;其次,系统论述了核心业务和资源外包、核心业务和核心能力之间的关系,选取佳能和海尔为研究对象,对核心业务和核心能力之间的关系进行了研究;最后,提出了制造业核心业务的测度模型。把企业业务细分为:核心业务、潜在核心业务、衰退业务和整合业务,通过实证分析,并从专利和销售收入两个指标对企业核心业务的评价是有效的。 在对以上制造业企业核心业务识别后,本文就针对制造业企业核心业务的那些业务环节需要外包,外包给谁做了分析。本部分通过假设并验证了决策制造业核心业务外包
【Abstract】 Manufacturing is the vital majored industry in China, which is important for the growth of GDP. However, no manufacturing enterprise can own all the resource advantage. If he distributes his resources into each department and business, firstly it will cause the waste and secondly it is not good for the enterprise to build up his competitive advantage. With the development of the globalization, there are many Chinese enterprises choosing outsourcing as a resource collocation strategy. Through outsourcing, on the first hand, manufacturing enterprises can collect his main resource and strength and choose his advantageous field, which can forming technology and scale advantages in this field. This mode not only utilizes resources fully, but also builds up his own core advantage. In the meanwhile, enterprise can break through the limits of internal resource and decrease the time cost of raising competence. It’s vital for the improvement of enterprise performance.The paper conducts the research by combining demonstration research with normative research, quantitative research with qualitative research. The research of Outsourcing Network involves various kinds of disciplines, it spends the author lots of tine on literature review and searches. In the meanwhile, the author carries out field survey and questionnaire study supported by several important research projects presided by supervisor. The paper comprehensively implements Core Competency Theory, The Resource-Based View, Transaction Cost Economics, Ameliorats AHP, DEA and Clustering Theory.Firstly, the paper studies the theory foundation of outsourcing, including outsourcing organization identification, outsourcing forming mechanism and the analysis of outsourcing evolution mode. For outsourcing organization identification, the paper studies the organization between market and section from the economics point of view and re-identifies outsourcing. The paper analyzes the conditions of outsourcing forming foundation and inevitability and stability by using labor division theory and game theory and also analyzes the efficiency and core competition and illustrates the prospect of evolution.The paper studies the manufacturing enterprise appraising system of core business based on the contents above. Due to many Chinese manufacturing enterprises owning diversification strategy, firstly enterprises focusing on his core business and secondly he wants to transfer to his core business from the non-core business. Therefore, it is very important to study this part. In the first step, the paper states the relationship of core business and outsourcing. In thesecond step, it studies the relationship between core business and core competency systematically. After summarizing the study situation of core business, the paper chooses Canon and Haier as objectives and studies the relationship of core business and core competency. Finally, the paper put forwards to the model of measuring core business. It divides enterprise business into core business and potential core business and decaying business and integration business. It proves that it’s efficient to appraise enterprise core business using patent and sales revenue by actual analysis.After the identification of core business, the paper analyzes which business needs outsourcing in the manufacturing core business and who is the vendor of this kind of outsourcing. The paper conducts a premise and then proves that the decision of capacity factors of core outsourcing business, which is technology capacity, market capacity and organization capacity. On the basis of capacity factor, the paper builds up the outsourcing decision model of manufacturing core business and states the different appraisal according to different dimension and different outsourcing part. The paper chooses real enterprises as the object and use DEA method to prove the result, which indicates that this method is very objective and effective. Meanwhile, the paper provides a new model to choose outsourcing vendor on the basis of influence factors of choosing outsourcing vendor, which is the combination of quantitative and qualitative and optimized method. This model not only considers how to choose a good outsourcing vendor, but also fully considers how to construct a effective relationship with outsourcing vendors after thinking about the combination of quantitative and qualitative and optimized method. This provides a reference for manufacturing enterprises when they want to choose outsourcing vendor in the real situation.After studying outsourcing parts and outsourcing vendor appraisal, the paper studies the enterprise outsourcing mode. Through compared actual case analysis of domestic typical manufacturing enterprises, such as Haier and Lenovo etc., the paper defines outsourcing mode, which are central outsourcing mode, pyramidal outsourcing mode, parallel outsourcing mode and nested outsourcing. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the conditions, features and suitable enterprises types of each outsourcing mode.
