城市功能转型的结构优化分析

【摘要】 系统性、开放性和自成长性是城市聚集经济的固有特性,这些特性决定了城市产业、产业结构与城市功能之间内在的必然的联系:城市产业是城市功能赖以发挥的物质载体;城市产业结构优化是推进城市功能转型升级的物质力量,而城市功能演进的根本动力在于创新——系统创新,包括技术创新、制度创新、社会创新各层面。本论文以产业结构与城市功能的联动关系为契入点,针对我国城市功能转型创新的滞后问题,着重城市功能转型创新的理论探讨,主要进行了以下几方面的研究: ⑴从城市聚集经济特性出发,对城市产业、产业结构与城市功能的关系进行了深入、系统的归纳总结。⑵在城市功能结构演进的历史回溯基础上,展开产业结构对城市功能的“结构效应”分析,深入探讨了产业结构优化推进城市功能转型的微观机理,并提出了我国城市功能转型概念。⑶分别从产业经济学、发展经济学、区域经济学角度界定了我国城市功能转型的经济学属性及转型创新的基本途径。⑷以经济发展阶段性理论为指导,借鉴韦伯的“理想类型”方法,构建了城市功能转型的理想类型模式,为我国的城市功能转型提供了具有可操作性的理论工具。⑸提出了我国城市功能转型的系统创新理论,着重探讨政府、企业在城市功能转型创新中的地位和主体性问题。⑹对天津城市功能转型的结构优化进行了实证分析,提出了天津城市功能转型创新的内容和策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Being agglomerative economy, urban economy is systematic, open and self-developing, which determine the inevitable relations among urban industries, industrial structure and urban function. Urban industries are the material carriers of urban functions; the optimization of industrial structure is the substantial strength to advance urban function, and innovation, the Systematic Innovation, including the change of technology, institutions and society, is the fundamental drive. Aiming at the lagging phenomena of the transitions of our country’s urban function, this dissertation starts with the linkage relation between Urban Function and Industrial Structure, mainly explores the theories on the Transition of Urban Function, and it emphasizes the researches on the following: ⑴to sum up the relations among urban industries, industrial structure and urban function. ⑵to analyze industrial structure’s effect on urban function, discuss the microcosmic mechanism by which urban function is advanced, and put forward the idea of the Transition of Urban Function for our country. ⑶to study the economic property of the Transition of Urban Function on the viewpoints of Industry economics, Development economics and Regional economics respectively. ⑷to build up the ideal type models of Transitions of Urban Function and for which to offer a feasible theoretical tool. ⑸to bring forward the Systematic Innovation Theory serving the transitions of urban function for our country. ⑹to study the representative case of Tianjin as a demonstration.更多还原
