机械制造企业绿色再造的研究

【摘要】 国内外学术界在企业再造领域已经取得了一定的研究成果,其中企业再造理论包括企业流程再造、企业文化再造、企业管理再造、企业组织再造、企业资本结构再造、企业会计再造等。关于绿色企业方面的理论则包括绿色经营、绿色供应链管理、绿色管理、绿色产品、绿色物流等。有关建设绿色企业的指导思想和理论依据还有诸如:工业生态学理论、清洁生产理论、生态效率方法等。但如何将上述内容和思想融合而形成一套系统化、体系化的综合的研究方法和工具,仍是有待研究的问题。 本选题主要是针对这一现状提出了全新的机械制造企业绿色再造概念、理论和方法体系,目的是将机械制造企业的经济绩效和环境绩效有效的结合起来,综合解决企业提高竞争力,实现可持续发展的问题。所谓绿色再造是指机械制造企业以一切对环境友好为导向,以绿色化为核心,以再造为手段,以提高经济和环境效益为目的,对自身进行的全方位改善工程。 本论文的创新点表现在不同的层面,诸如概念、理论、方法、实务操作等。第一,本文首次提出机械制造企业绿色再造,构造全新的机械制造企业绿色再造概念体系。该体系包括绿色再造的定义、内涵(建立起绿色再造内涵二维模型)、指导思想、与其他相关概念的比较进而推出绿色再造的特点、意义等。第二,文章论证了完善的机械制造企业绿色再造理论体系。本文从系统论的基本理论出发,将机械制造企业开放系统视为一个耗散结构,详细论证了绿色再造既是企业形成耗散结构的重要路径选择,又是为企业耗散结构引入负熵的根本机制,是使其走向更高阶段有序的重要手段,而且绿色再造的持续性也保证了企业耗散结构波动性向前发展。然后,文章提出不同于指标体系的评价模型,构建定量的机械制造企业绿色再造效果评价方法体系。为了使该评价方法体系科学可靠,本文基于发展成熟的绿色投入产出方法,将其应用于绿色再造工程中进行具体化和简化,最终推导出绿色再造评价方法体系。最后,将该绿色再造理论与方法体系应用于中国的机械制造企业当中去,不仅对该全新理论方法进行验证,同时也对中国的机械制造企业将来的发展方向起到指导作用。 该论文的研究无论是在理论上和实践上都将是一个突破点,对于推进企业再造理论的发展和我国企业改革进展都将有指导意义。
【Abstract】 This thesis paper proposes a brand new idea of Green-reengineering for industrial enterprises, creates the concept, theory and method for this idea, in the purpose to bridge the economic performance with the environmental performance of an enterprise, improve enterprise’ s competitive ability, and thus achieve sustainable development. Specifically, Green-reengineering means industrial enterprises carry out all-round innovative and improving project, with environmentally friendly orientation, greening as core, reengineering as measure, to achieve the goal of improving both economic and environmental efficiency.This thesis paper shows innovations in many aspects like concept, theory, method and practice. First, this thesis brings forward a creative concept system of Green-reengineering, consisting its definition, connotation, guiding principles, the comparison with other relative concepts, and finally its characteristics and significance. Second, this thesis reasons the theoretical base for Green-reengineering. Starting from the basic system theory, this thesis paper regards an industrial enterprise as a dissipative organization, and then demonstrates that Green-reengineering is the chief way to help enterprises form into a dissipative organization, import negative entropy, step into higher and more advanced status, and insure the sustainable development. Third, this thesis sets up a quantitative evaluation method system to assess the final result of green-reengineering project. In order to be scientifically reliable, this thesis paper applies Green Input-Output method into Green-reengineering, and harvests the assessment method system for Green-reengineering after logical process of deduction. Finally, this whole system of Green-reengineering is carried out in practice of an industrial enterprise. This case study not only proves the above theory and method, but also guides Chinese industrial enterprises for further development.Consisting new breakthroughs in both theory and practice, this thesis paper holds the significance in promoting development in the field of Green-reengineering theory and improving the total efficiency of Chinese industrial enterprise.
