【摘要】 位于中国中部腹地的江汉平原是中国十二大商品粮基地,曾经为中国农业和农村经济的发展做出过重大贡献。改革开放以来,江汉平原农产品加工业取得了较快的发展,形成了一些颇具规模的农产品加工企业,为中部地区农民增收、农业和农村经济发展提供了物质保障,也为全国农业发展做出了重要贡献。进入21世纪以后,随着人们对农产品质量和数量需求的不断提高,国际农产品市场竞争越来越激烈,江汉平原农产品加工业的发展面临新的形势和问题,农产品和加工农产品已经不能完全满足市场竞争的需要,研究加快江汉平原农产品加工业的发展战略,带动本地区乃至中部地区农村经济的全面发展,具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。 本文采用不平衡增长理论和发展极理论,运用系统科学理论和系统动力学方法对江汉平原农产品加工业的现状进行了深入分析,运用系统动力学的方法对江汉平原农产品加工业的发展以及江汉平原农产品加工业产业链进行了深入研究,提出了江汉平原农产品加工业发展的战略、布局和对策。 第一部分:第一章 导言。从国内外农产品加工业研究现状入手,系统分析了国内外农产品加工业发展的特征和趋势,基于系统科学思想提出将系统动力学方法、模型应用于江汉平原农产品加工业发展战略的研究思路,设计了优先发展农产品加工业、建立江汉平原农产品加工业产业链的构想。 第二部分:第二章 农产品加工业发展的理论分析。依据不平衡增长理论,研究了农产品加工业在农村经济发展中的作用,系统分析了农产品加工业、农村工业和农业现代化之间的关系,提出以农产品加工业作为江汉平原农村经济发展增长极,通过农产品加工业带动前向和后向关联产业的发展,在江汉平原农村形成具有广泛聚集效应的农产品加工企业集群,发挥增长极的扩散效应和聚集效应,带动江汉平原农村工业的发展,加快江汉平原农业现代化的步伐,从而促进江汉平原农村社会经济全面发展。 第三部分:第三章 江汉平原农产品加工业发展的现状分析。对江汉平原农产品的资源现状进行了描述性分析,研究了适合江汉平原不同县、市农产品资源的生产状况,提出了充分利用各地不同自然条件发展农产品资源的思路。利用系统聚类方法对江汉平原规模以上乡镇农产品加工企业和江汉平原规模以上农产品加工业进行了聚类分析,将江汉平原农产品加工业分成了四大类,分别对每一类农产品加工业的发展规模、经济效益、出口创汇能力、竞争优势进行了研究,提出了不同类型农产品业的发展对策。 第四部分:第四章、第五章、第六章。对江汉平原农产品加工业发展的模型提出了合理的假设,运用德尔斐法和层次分析法确定了影响江汉平原农产品加工业发展的主要因素,用系统动力学方法建立了江汉平原农产品生产和农产品加工业的系更多还原

【Abstract】 The Jiang-han plain lying in the hinterland of middle-area is one of the 12 national commodity grain bases of China, and has made great contribution for the development of Chinese agriculture and rural economy. Since reform and opening of China, the agro-industry of Jiang-han plain has developed rapidly, some agro-industrial enterprises above designated size have been formed which contributed greatly for the increase in peasants’ income and the progress in the development of Chinese agriculture. After entering 21st century, with people’s constantly increasing demands in the quality and quantity of agricultural products, the competition in the market of international agricultural products becomes more and more intensive. The development of agro-industry of Jiang-han plain is facing new situation and problems. Jiang-han plain’s agricultural products and processed agricultural products can’t completely satisfy the demands of market competition. This thesis will offer reference to decision making on the development of Jiang-han plain’s agro-industry, and to promote rural economy development in local area and in middle-area of China, which we think is practically and theoretically valuable.By using unequal growth theory and development pole theory, this thesis analyzed the current situation of Jiang-han plain’s agro-industry. System science theory and system dynamics method were also used to analyze the agro-industry production chain of the agro-industry in Jiang-han plain, and the strategy, arrangement and countermeasures of the development of agro-industry in Jiang-han plain were put forward.Part one: Chapter one preface. Beginning at a study in the current situation of domestic and international agro-industry, this thesis first systematically analyzed the characteristics and trends of development of the agro-industry inside and outside China. Based on system science thought, a thought of applying system dynamics method and model to research in development of agro-industry in Jiang-han was then put forward, and last an idea of developing the agro-industry and establish the agro-industry chain in jiang-han plain was composed.Part two: Chapter two a theoretical analysis of agro-industry development. According to inequity theory, the function of agro-industry in the development of rural economy was studied, and the relations among agro-industry, rural industry and agricultural modernization were systematically analyzed. I thought that agro-industry should be a developmental pole of rural economy in Jiang-han plain, and through thedevelopment of agro-industry, the forward and backward industry could also be promoted. An agro-industry enterprise group should be formed in the rural area in Jiang-han plain, and by exerting diffuse and gathering effect of development pole, the industry development in that area can be brought along, the step of industrialization and the development of Jiang-han plain’s rural economy will be accelerated.Part three: Chapter three an analysis on current situation of agro-industry in Jiang-han plain. The thesis descriptively analyzed the current situation of agricultural product resources in Jiang-han plain, studied the situation of different agricultural product resources in different areas and proposed that full use of different agriculture product resources should be made. Using system cluster method, the township agro-industrial enterprises above designated size in Jiang-han plain were divided into four classes, and issues like developing scale, economic benefits, capacity of earning foreign exchange, and competition superiority of every class were studied, the strategies of development of each class were put forward, too.Part four: Chapter four, chapter five and chapter six. A model of development of agro-industry in Jiang-han plain was proposed, factors affecting the development of agro-industry in Jiang-han plain were decided using delphin and analytic hierarchy process, and systematic dynamics flowing chart and equation of agro-industry in Jiang-han plain were established utilizing systematic dynamics method. Further more, the thesis predicted and tested the agricultural product resources and agro-industry model in Jiang-han plain, which can serve a foundation for making the development strategy of agro-industry in Jiang-han plain.Part five: Chapter seven, chapter eight and chapter nine. This part analyzed the international and domestic market of agro-industry. Referring to the experience of establishing agro-industry chain in developed countries, model of production chains were built according to the different resource types and organization form, and strateges were proposed to strengthen the weak links between different agro-industry chains. At last, according to the law of development of agro-industry, the thesis put forward the developing stratage, developing arrangement, developing orientation and developing countermeasures of the agro-industry in Jianghan plain.更多还原
