微型压电变压器的研究

【摘要】 压电变压器相对于传统的电磁变压器具有体积小、重量轻、升压比高、不易燃、无电磁污染等特点,较好的解决了电磁压电变压器体积大、电磁污染严重等缺陷,是电子信息系统中不可或缺的重要部件。 本文从基本的物理公式出发,建立了分析压电变压器的电学模型,并以此模型为基础,设计了薄膜压电变压器,制备并测试了其性能,为压电变压器的小型化做出了有益的探索。 本论文主要工作如下: 1)从传统的方法出发,建立了单层压电变压器的集总式等效电路图,给出了等效电感、电容与电阻的表达式。发现在相同的振动模式下,单层压电变压器的等效电感是相同质量压电振子的两倍; 2)以能量密度公式为基础,建立了压电变压器的三维集总式等效电路图。研究表明,任何压电变压器都可以用集总式等效电路模型来表达; 3)以压电变压器的集总式等效电路为基础,分析了压电变压器实际工作时的频率和电学性能,提出了可以简单清楚的表达压电变压器电学性能的三参量表达式,并验证了其正确性; 4)设计了薄膜压电变压器,研究了压电薄膜的成膜工艺,确定了薄膜压电变压器的制备工艺流程,并在此基础上成功制备了薄膜压电变压器,测试了其性能。 在所有的工作中,取得了如下几个较为突出的成果: 1)从能量密度公式出发,建立了能够反映压电变压器实际工作情况的三维集总式等效电路图,这在国内尚属首次; 2)建立了仅用机械品质因数(Q_m)、机电耦合因数(k)与输出端电学品质因数(Q_e)三个参量表示压电变压器电学性能的三参量法,并进行了验证,这在国内外都未曾见报道; 3)制备了薄膜压电变压器并测试了其性能,这在国内尚未见报道。
【Abstract】 Relative to tradition electromagnetic transformer, Piezoelectric transformer have the advantage of small, high set-up, none-flammable, none-electromagnetic pollution etc. it has overcome the defect of electromagnetic transformer and it is the indispensable part in the electronic information system.In this dissertation, the electric model has been set up, which can analyses the piezoelectric transformer. Based on this model, the film transformer has been designed, prepared and tested. In the dissertation, the work is as follows:1) The lump equivalent circuit of the single layer piezoelectric transformer has been set up, and the expression formulae of the equivalent inductance, capacity and resistance has been derived. It is found that under the same vibration mode, the equivalent inductance of the single layer piezoelectric transformer is the twice of the same quality piezoelectric oscillator;2) Based on the density energy formula, the three-dimensional lump type equivalent circuit of the piezoelectric transformer has been set up. In the studies, it has been shown that any piezoelectric transformer can be expressed with the lump type equivalent circuit model;3) Based on the lump type equivalent circuit of the piezoelectric transformer, the performances of piezoelectric transformer have been analyzed, and then the tri-factor expression formula of the piezoelectric transformer have been put forward. The validity has been verified;4) The thin film transformer has been designed, the preparation techniques of piezoelectric thin film have been studied and the preparation procedure of the thin film piezoelectric transformer have been confirmed. At last the thin film piezoelectric transformer is prepared and its performance have been tested.In all achievements, the following are comparatively outstanding:1) Based on the density energy formula, the three-dimensional lump typeequivalent circuit of the piezoelectric transformer has been set up. this is still the first time at home;2) The tri-factor method of piezoelectric transformer has been set up which consist of mechanical quality factor(Qm), electric quality factor(Qe) and electromechanical coupling factor (k). The validity is verified. These don’t appeare in the newspapers at home and abroad;3) Prepare the thin film piezoelectric transformer and test the its performance. This doesn’t appear in the newspapers still at home.
