【摘要】 论文以制造企业及其供应链战略合作伙伴为研究对象，以快速反应为核心，首先提出了制造企业快速反应的理论框架，该框架包括快速反应体系结构和快速反应方法论，进而构造了由核心层、使能层、支撑体系层、理论基础层四层组成的快速反应体系结构，并对该体系中各组成部分进行了全面且细致的分析。 然后研究了基于供应链的制造企业快速反应能力评价指标体系，该评价体系由供应商、制造企业、分销商快速反应能力评价三部分组成，并对各评价指标进行了详细的量化分析；认为，通过对供应商、制造企业以及分销商快速反应能力的评价可以得到基于供应链的制造企业快速反应能力，在此基础上分析了利用AHP法测评快速反应能力的评价过程。 其次构建了制造企业快速反应供应链的结构模型，并对制造企业快速反应供应链进行了分析；研究了制造企业快速反应供应链中Multi-Agent的协作机制，提出了基于单目标和多目标的Multi-Agent之间协商模型，建立了制造企业快速反应的供应链Multi-Agent系统，分析了Multi-Agent以及Agent联邦的运作过程，提出了基于Multi-Agent的制造企业快速反应的供应链解决方案。 最后研究了制造企业如何实现快速反应，分析了如何实现协同产品研发设计并研究了基于超市经营模式的物料存储和配送流程，分析了制造企业与供应商、分销商如何结成战略合作伙伴关系；研究了制造企业实现快速反应的战略、组织、人力资源、文化和领导五个支撑体系。认为，制造企业以核心竞争能力为基础，通过业务外包并建立供应链战略合作伙伴关系；实现组织转型，建立面向流程的供应链管理团队；充分利用自己以及供应链战略合作伙伴的人力资源；整合自己以及供应链战略合作伙伴之间不同的企业文化；选取合适的领导方式才能重塑供应链的竞争能力和快速反应能力，及时满足客户或市场需求的变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking manufacturing enterprise and it’s SC(Supply Chain) partners as the researching object, and quick response as the core, at first, this dissertation has constructed the theory architecture of manufacturing enterprise quick response, the architecture includes quick response system framework and quick response methodology, constructed the quick response system framework which comprises core layer, enabler layer, sustaining system and basic theory layer, specific components of every layer have been comprehensively analyzed in this dissertation.And then, constructed the QRA (quick response ability) evaluating system of supplier, manufacturing enterprise and distributor separately, based on this, constructed the manufacturing enterprise QRA evaluating system based on SC, particularly quantified every evaluating index, and pointed out, the manufacturing enterprise QRA based on SC can calculated by calculating the QRA of supplier, manufacturing and distributor, and researched the evaluating process of using AHP method.Subsequently, builded the structure model of manufacturing enterprise quick response, analyzed the manufacturing enterprise quick response supply chain, researched the Multi-Agent collaboration mechanism, developed the Multi-Agent collaboration models of single object and multi-object, constructed the SC Multi-Agent system of manufacturing enterprise quick response, analyzed the operating situation of Multi-Agent and Agent federation, put forward the resolving programme of the manufacturing enterprise quick response SC.Finally, researched manufacturing enterprise how to realize quick response, analyzed how to realize collaborative product development and researched a material storage and distribution process based on managing chain store, particularly dissertated how to form strategic cooperation partner relationship with supplier and dealer, And researched the sustaining system of manufacturing enterprise realizing quick response comprises strategy, organization, human resource, culture and leading. This dissertation considers, based on the core competence, manufacturing enterprise recurs to outsource and builds SC strategic cooperation partner relationship, realizes changing organizational structure by means of building SC management team oriented process, utilizes the human resource of SC cooperation partners, integrates the different culture between manufacturing enterprise and SC cooperation partners, chooses appropriate leading model, the competence and QRA can be developed, and the changing customer or market demand can be rapidly satisfied.更多还原
