【摘要】 首次通过文献研究与统计分析相结合的方法，对汉代至今各类中医文献中所载的治疗失眠证的方药进行了分析研究。论文共分为三部分，第一部分运用传统文献学的方法，收集古今相关文献，系统总结失眠证的病名沿革、病因病机、辨证思路、证治方药概况；第二部分运用统计学的方法，对治疗失眠证的方剂进行研究，从频率分析、因子分析、聚类分析等角度分别分析了元以前、明清和近现代各个历史时期失眠证的证治规律和特点，并从整体上对本病的方药证治规律和药物配伍规律进行了分析探讨；最后根据文献研究和统计分析结果，结合中医药理论对失眠证的病因病机、临证思路、辨证论治规律等进行了重新认识，创造性地提出以病因、病位体质为核心的失眠证发病假说，总结出治疗失眠证的基本方药，提出全新的失眠证辨证论治新体系，为今后临床和科研工作提供了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the first time that the following thesis explored all kinds of traditional Chinese medicine documents that cured Insomia from Han Dynasty till now by means of combining literature research and statistics analysis. The thesis has three parts:Firstly, it collected the related ancient and modern documents and summarized systematically the evolution of Insomia’ s name, pathogeny, pathogenesis, process of the diagnosis and treatment, recipe and herbs through literature research.Secondly, it studied prescriptions that could treat Insomia by applying statistics. The thesis analyzed the characters of treatment condition and discussed the whole diagnosis and treatment law on Insomia of TCM. with frequent analysis, factor analysis, and cluster analysis.Lastly, according to the result of literature research and statistics analysis, it presented a new impression on the pathogeny, pathogenesis, process of the diagnosis and treatment about Insomia by combining the theory of TCM. and put forward a new presumption creatively that it is the main factor of health that leads to Insomia. The thesis also made a summary of the basic prescription,put forward a new system of differentiation of diagnosis and treatment on Insomia and gave a new train of thought for clinical doctors and researchers.更多还原
