矿用开关电器触头材料电弧侵蚀特性与电寿命的模糊评价研究

【摘要】 本文首先利用研制的触头材料试验与控制电路对开关电器中常用的五种银基触头材料(AgZnO(10)、AgSnO2(8.5)In2O3(4)、AgCdO(12)、AgNi(10)、AgC(5))做分断侵蚀实验,然后对实验后的触头做微观分析。通过实验结果,从触头质量损失量和触头表面出现裂纹的程度两方面分析和研究了它们对称配对时在不同条件下的电寿命,并和相同条件下材料非对称配对时的电寿命进行比较,从而为开关电器触头材料的合理使用提供理论前提。 然后用C语言编制了模糊综合评判软件,对五种银基触头材料的电寿命进行了二级综合评价、排序。五种材料电寿命由长到短的排序为:AgCdO(12)>AgNi(10)>AgSnO2(8)In2O3(4)>AgZnO(10)>gC(5)(CJ10-20\50A);AgCdO(12)>AgSnO2(8)In2O3(4)>AgNi(10)>AgZnO(10)>AgC(5)(CJ10-20、100A)。评判结果与实验结果基本一致,为预测开关电器的电寿命开创了一条新的途径。利用电接触理论及研究结果,研制了适合大准铁路的双润滑铜基粉末冶金滑板,该滑板目前在大准铁路应用良好并申请国家专利。

【Abstract】 The arc erosion experiments are carried out by using test and control circuit manufactured for five kinds of silver-based contact materials ,AgZnO(10), AgSnO2(8.5)In2O3(4), AgCdO(12), AgNi(lO), AgC(5), frequently used in switching apparatus ,then micro-analysis experiments are done through SEM with EDAX analyzer. According to the experienced results ,the electrical lifes of the five kinds of contact materials under different conditions when they are paired are symmetrically are analyzed and studied base on the loss of quality and extent of cracks, Secondly the electrical lifes of contact material under the same conditions are compared when they are paired asymmetrically. This will guide the selection of contact materials used in switching apparatus.Thirdly, fuzzy comprehension judgement program is compiled with C language, the electri- cal life of five kinds of materials are judged and ordered, the order of the electrical life of five kinds of contact materials from long to short is AgCdO(12)>AgNi(10)>AgSnO2 (8)In2O3(4) >AgZnO(10)>AgC(5) (CJ10-2CK 50A); AgCdO(12)> (8)In2O3(4) >AgNi(10) >AgZnO(10) >AgC(5) (CJ10-2(K 100 A). The judgement results are basically coincided with experimental results, this is a new method of predicting the electrical life of switching apparatus.Based on the electrical contact theory and achievements we have found,a slide board materials of copper-based powder metallurgy with double lubricating structure used in electrical locomotive is made,also it shows high performance at Dazhun Railway.
