企业工作流信息主动共享技术研究

【摘要】 信息集成和过程集成是企业信息化的两个重要主题,它们的实施为企业注入了强大的发展动力。但随着技术的发展和企业需求的进一步提高,企业信息与业务过程分离的静态共享模式日益成为制约企业经营过程效率提高的瓶颈。信息共享效率是企业技术进步以及经营过程效率提高的关键要素之一,对现代企业的发展具有至关重要的作用。基于上述认识,本论文在详细分析国内外相关研究成果的基础上,对企业工作流信息主动共享技术进行了深入研究,主要内容包括: (1)企业工作流信息主动共享思想研究 在深入分析企业现状与需求的基础上,提出“主动提供为主,高效查询为辅”的企业工作流信息主动共享思想,力图为企业提供一个先进、可靠、可行的信息共享自动化技术解决方案。该思想的内涵是,对于可以预先确定的活动所需信息,由系统在任务开始时主动传递给用户,并在活动进行中自动更新;对于无法预先确定从而无法由系统主动传递的活动所需信息,则由用户通过系统提供的企业信息检索机制准确、快速地取得。 (2)企业工作流信息主动共享体系结构研究 深入分析了国内外相关研究的特点,汲取各个方案的优点,并考虑企业的实际需求,提出了一个合理的企业工作流信息主动共享体系结构。该结构采用企业信息索引为系统自动化的信息检索提供支持;企业信息检索机构负责对信息需求进行处理,推动企业信息检索过程,并响应人工推动的企业信息检索请求;以工作流为载体,在过程的自动化推进中主动传递任务所需信息,并通过信息检索客户端向信息检索机构发出检索请求来高效、准确地取得系统无法主动提供的任务所需信息。 (3)企业工作流信息主动共享关键技术研究 基于上述系统模块划分,本论文分章节对企业工作流信息主动共享关键技术进行了详细研究: ●提出了基于有向图的EWIAS过程建模方法。该方法将信息流和过程流同等对待,支持活动的信息需求描述。为图形化过程模型建立了相应 的标记语言描述格式PIFDL。 .提出并建立了基于函数和谓词的信息内容描述方法FPICDM。该方法 吸收了函数的丰富输出和谓词的强大语义表达能力,用于为工作流活 动建立准确、详细的信息需求描述,同时也可以作为人工推动的信息 检索的需求表达语言。: .建立了一个基于Multi-Agent的轻量级企业工作流信息主动共享过程控 制引擎。该控制引擎与普通工作流引擎的不同之处在于它可以对模型 中的信息需求进行处理,推动信息主动共享过程。对该控制引擎的特 有组成结构、工作原理以及过程及活动分配算法进行了详细研究。 .提出并建立了企业工作流信息主动共享过程上下文(工作流上下文) 的形式化描述,指出工作流上下文是过程上下文、子过程上下文、活 动上下文、角色上下文、个人上下文和局部工作环境上下文的有机统 一体,并且在组织结构上是一个局部网状、整体链状的上下文对象网 络。建立了上下文空间作为工作流上下文的管理、服务机构。 .提出了企业信息的广义BOM结构,并基于该结构建立了企业信息索 引。为企业信息索引建立了结点间语义关系,通过原子索引与信息实 体的映射机制,由Multi叭gent进行索引检索及信息实体获取任务。建 立了企业信息空间作为企业信息索引以及索引服务的管理机构。建立 了企业信息索引的检索算法。 .提出了企业信息检索机构。该机构是信息需求者和企业信息空间之间 的中间件。该机构负责结合上下文信息将信息需求函数以及检索关键 词转换为与企业信息索引结构相匹配的语义根树形式或检索式。建立 了FPICDM函数到语义根树的转换规则以及转换算法。提出了基于领 域本体的词汇多形性问题解决方法。企业信息检索机构采用内置Web 服务器存储检索结果,并响应客户端的信息检索请求。*)研究思想验证; 本论文充分借鉴前人的研究成果,使用授权软件或开放源代码软件建立了企业工作流信息主动共享原型系统,并通过一个过程实例对信息主动共享过程进行了详细介绍。
【Abstract】 Information Integration and Process Integration are two key issues that bring modern enterprises into information age. Their successful implementation supplies enterprise with powerful development ability. However, along with the technology developing and increasing practical needs, the static sharing mode and separation of information from business processes severely hindered the improving of enterprise’s operation efficiency. This dissertation* proposes the research theme on Enterprise Workflow Information Active Sharing technology to tackle these problems. The following achievements have been attained in this dissertation:(1) Idea proposed on Enterprise Workflow Information Active SharingThe main idea of Enterprise Workflow Information Active Sharing is to take a strategy with "active delivery as the main method and efficient user query as the assistant". This idea is twofold: 1) the task related information that can be specified beforehand will be proactively delivered to users and be updated in the running process; 2) the task related information that can’t be proactively delivered can be aquired by user’s explicit query through a special designed query interface.(2) System Framework of Enterprise Workflow Information Active Sharing This dissertation proposes a rational system framework of Enterprise Workflow ActiveSharing. This framework employs information index to support automated information search process. The information search unit is responsible for processing information needs and promoting information search process. Workflow is used as the information carrier and delivers task related information along with process flow. Users can send information search requests to information search unit with the help of information search client to get the needed information in an efficient and precise way.(3) Some Key Technologies for Enterprise Workflow Information Active SharingBased on the proposed system framework, the detailed study on the key technologies of Enterprise Workflow Information Active Sharing have been made:A directed graph based new workflow modeling method is proposed. The new workflow modeling method treat information flow with the same importance as process flow and can give fundamental support to the operation of information needs description. The markup language format of the graphical workflow model is also studied.A function and predicate based information content description method is studied. This method combines the rich output of function and the powerful semantic express ability ofpredicate and can be used to build precise and detailed’Information needs descriptions for workflow activities. This method can also be used as the request expression language for user query.A multi-agent based lightweight process control engine of Enterprise Workflow Information Active Sharing is studied. Besides workflow management, this control engine can process information needs in workflow model and promote information active sharing process. The special member units, working principle and process/activity assign algorithm of this engine is also studied.The formalization of workflow context is studied. The dissertation point out that workflow context is an integration of process context, sub-process context, activity context, role context, personal context and local working environment context. Workflow context has an object structure of net shape in part and chain shape on the whole. The context space is set up to provide managing and accessing services to outside entities.The enterprise information index is studied. The semantic-based enterprise information index is built on the basis of extended BOM. Enterprise information space holds information index and provide index search services.
