钢框架梁柱连接研究

【摘要】 钢框架中梁柱连接起着在两种构件之间传递弯矩和剪力的作用,是钢框架的主要组成部分,它的性能直接关系到结构的整体反应。因此钢框架梁柱连接的受力机理及承载力问题的研究具有重要的理论意义和工程参考价值。高强螺栓连接和狗骨式连接是目前国内外研究得较多的连接类型,我国的钢结构设计规范中还没有具体涉及到此方面的内容。本文进行的钢框架梁柱连接的试验研究和对框架的影响研究是建设部2001年科技攻关项目《新型空腔结构板轻钢结构体系应用研究》的子课题,旨在研究梁柱连接在循环荷载作用下的滞回性能、影响连接的各种因素、连接变形特征和破坏特征;研究三榀平面钢框架在循环荷载作用下构件塑性铰出现的顺序,P—△的滞回性能以及半刚性连接对框架侧移以及塑性铰出现顺序的影响。为此,本文的研究主要有以下几个方面: 1.在广泛分析研究国内外现行钢框架梁柱连接的受力机理的基础上,综合并修改了各种连接初始刚度以及弯矩承载力的计算公式。同时还介绍了影响各种连接类型性能的主要因素。 2.首次在国内大规模地进行了顶底角钢连接、带双腹板顶底角钢连接、外伸端板连接以及短T型钢连接等半刚性连接以及狗骨式刚性连接这五种连接类型共十二个原型试件的拟静力试验。通过试验得到了各种连接在循环荷载作用的M-θ_r关系、连接初始刚度、连接屈服荷载、破坏形式、破坏荷载、抗震性能和耗能特性。试验结果与理论分析结果吻合良好。 3.本文分析并建立了考虑连接非线性、几何非线性和材料非线性的刚度矩阵方程,编制了半刚性连接钢框架的二阶-塑性铰分析的有限元计算程序。此程序能计算考虑连接非线性、几何非线性和材料非线性的平面钢框架的结构计算,具有较强的适用性。 4.首次在国内进行了两榀半刚性连接平面钢框架结构的拟静力试验。通过试验考察了半刚性连接平面钢框架结构在循环荷载作用下的弹塑性性能;了解结构在丧失极限承载力后的破坏形态和塑性铰出现的顺序;利用所编程序计算了其中一个框架的受力性能。程序计算结果与试验值相比,弹性阶段吻合得较好,塑性阶段由于塑性铰法无法考虑残余应力、刚度硬化以及塑性区长度的发武汉理工大学博士学位论文展等因素,因此与试验值相比误差偏大。 5.首次在国内进行了一棍狗骨式连接平面钢框架结构的拟静力试验。通过试验考察了狗骨式连接平面钢框架结构在循环荷载作用下的弹塑性性能;了解狗骨式连接对结构塑性铰出现的顺序以及结构破坏形态的影响;了解节点处与狗骨处应力发展状况,探讨狗骨削弱的形状和削弱位置对节点性能的影响。 6.利用ANSYS分析软件对三棍钢框架进行了非线性分析,与试验对比得出了一些有用的结论。 7.根据试验和理论分析,对各种连接类型的设计方法提出了一些建议。 最后,在总结本文工作的基础上,提出了一些本课题尚待解决的问题。

【Abstract】 In steel frame beam-to-column connections play a vital role in transferring bending of moments and shearing force, and their behavior affects steel frames overall performance under loads. Making a thorough research on the mechanic performance of beam-to-column connections possesses important theoretic and engineering reference value. High strength bolted connections and dog-bone connection are those of connections that were researched in some countries. There are not correlative clauses about these in steel structures Design Specification (GBJ17-88). The experimental research for beam-to-column connections of steel frame and the research influence on the steel frame is one subject of 2001’Key Research Subject of Ministry of construction of china, grant No. 01-2-085. Researching for of beam-to-column connections under cyclic loading, for the factors effecting on the connections, for the deformation and failure character of connections, the arising order of plastic hinges and load-deformation hysteretic behavior of three pane frame under cyclic loading, the effect of semi-rigid connections on the frames, is the major purpose of this study. So this paper includes some titles, such as:l.On the base of comparatively analysis about various design method to beam-to-column connections, some modified computing equations about the initial stiffness and ultimate moment capacities are presented, and the main factors influencing upon the behavior of connections are summed up.2.Pseudo-static force testing of twelve full-scale connections, including top-seat angle connections, two web flange and top-seat connections, extended-end-plate connections, slit-T steel connections and dog-bone connections are carried out for the first time in our country. The relations of M- θr, initial stiffness, the yield strength, failure models, ultimate strength, seismic behaviors and characteristic of dissipation of energy were gained in this test. The experimental results accorded with the analysis results very well.3. The stiffness matrixes equations, which can be applicable to perform second-order elastic-plastic analysis for semi-rigid connection steel frame, are derived. A two-dimensional nonlinear finite element program for semi-rigid connection steel frame is compiled successfully. It can calculate the internal forces and displacements of steel frame considering connections nonlinear, geometrical nonlinear and material nonlinear, therefore, it has strong suitability.4. Pseudo-static force testing of 1:2 scale models including two steel frame with semi-rigid connections is first carried out in china in order to obtain elastic-plastic behavior of semi-rigid connections steel frames under cyclic loading as well as to analyze collapse characteristic after structural ultimate strength has lost and thecoming order of plastic hinges. The internal force and the horizontal displacement of a steel frame are computed with the program in this paper. After the analysis results are checked against the experimental results and, it is founded that a satisfactory agreement is obtained in elastic phase and a discontented agreement is gained in plastic phase since the influence of residual stress, degradation of cross-sectional stiffness and the spread of plastic zone length cannot be taken into account in plastic hinges theory.5. Pseudo-static force testing of 1:2 scale models of a steel frame with dog-bone connections is first carried out in china in order to obtain elastic-plastic behavior of dog-bone connections steel frames under cyclic loading as well as to analyze collapse characteristic after structural ultimate strength has lost. The influence of dog-bone connection on the coming order of plastic hinges and failure characteristic of steel frame, and the influence of dog-bone’s shape and position on the behavior of structure is obtained.6. Nonlinear analysis about three steel frames is carried out with ANSYS finite element software, and some beneficial conclusions are received against the experimenta
