空间相机胶片传输控制系统研究

【摘要】 等量牵引式输片机构由三部分组成——供片系统、收片系统和量片系统,供片、收片系统均为一个张力伺服系统,量片系统是一个画幅控制系统。三个系统各自独立又彼此联系,量片系统的量片操作对供片、收片张力伺服系统是外来的干扰,且扰动力很大。量片系统的主要任务是在规定时间内完成量片。量片系统的驱动元件为步进电机,为此对步进电机升降频方法进行了简要分析,并根据分析结果结合本系统情况设计了量片步进电机速度曲线。供片、收片张力伺服系统具有变参数、变负载、强扰动的技术特点,解决这些问题是本论文的重点内容。通常情况下,在解决低频强扰动、变负载问题方面,最有效的方法是采用按扰动补偿的复合校正方式。本文提出了一种扰动复合补偿控制的方法,其基本思路是:通过某种方法获得较为理想的补偿信号No(t),在系统受到扰动时,能够向系统输入补偿信号No(t),从而达到对系统补偿的目的。补偿信号包括如下参量:延迟时间、补偿周期、补偿时间和补偿数据,文中详细论述了确定补偿参量的方法及过程。提出了两种实现补偿控制的具体方式,并对两种方式进行了详细论述。在其中一种方式中,需要采用一种计算方法对补偿参量进行实时处理,本文给出了采用线性插值法对补偿参量进行处理的方法。实验证明所用的方法对提高张力控制精度非常有效。
【Abstract】 Film transmission machine consists of film supply system,film receipt system and film measuring system.Both film supply system and film receipt system are tension servo systems.Film measuring system is system of controlling film length,this three systems are independent and relative one another.Film measuring operation of film measuring system disturbs both film supply system and film receipt system as an extra-interference and it is very heavy.Main mission of film measuring system is transmitting film of constance length in limited time.Film measuring system is drove by stepping motor,so increasing and decreasing frequency principle for stepping motor is analyzed,and design the stepping motor velocity curve by the analysis conclusions.Heavy interference,changeable variables and load are the characteristics of film supply system and film receipt system.Resolutions for these problems are emphasized in this paper.As usual,the effective method to solve the heavy interference in low frequency and the changeable load is compound control for disturbance compensation.A method to realize the compound control for disturbance compensation is put forward in this paper.The basic thought of the method is that:obtain the ideal compensation signal No(t),and input the compensation signal No(t) to the tension servo system when the system is disturbed.Compensation signal No(t) includes the following variables:delay time,compensation period,compensation time,compensation data .Methods and procedures to obtain the compensation variables are discussed in detail in this paper.Two specific means are available to realize the compensation control,and discussed in detail in this paper.In one means,the method is needed to calculate the compensation variables in real time, the linear interpolation is used here. The experiences prove that those methods are effective to improve the tension control accuracy.
