基于多Agent的分布式CAPP及工艺信息管理研究

【摘要】 计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)作为计算机集成制造系统的的关键技术,是连接计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制造的桥梁,是建立工程产品生产的全局信息模型的基础和关键。现代企业制造对工艺设计领域提出了基于信息共享的网络化、智能化和分布化的要求,开展工艺设计技术在分布式制造环境下的应用研究是建立面向网络化、智能化、信息共享与协作的现代制造系统的技术基础之一。本文针对企业网络环境下基于多Agent的分布式CAPP及工艺信息管理方法及原理的研究在国内外尚属首次实践,符合当前工艺设计发展的要求,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。论文的主要研究内容和创新之处如下: 1.在对CAPP领域和系统任务进行分析和研究的基础上,引入面向对象技术,给出了进行工艺对象识别的步骤和方法;识别出了其中的部分对象,确定了需要记录的属性及操作,并分析对象间的结构关系,根据不同的主题划分领域子系统,创建相应的对象类,初步建立起了CAPP领域对象类库。 2.借助面向对象技术,通过系统的面向对象结构分析,首次提出了面向对象的零件信息模型,面向对象的知识表示及知识库组织模式,面向对象的决策方式,以及面向对象的制造资源模型。为提高软件的重用性和实用性,减少系统维护和二次开发工作量,实现系统软件的部件化打下了坚实的基础。 3.首次提出在敏捷制造环境下分布式CAPP系统的新型体系结构,阐述了网络化分布式CAPP系统运行的方式,讨论了系统运行中的数据信息管理机制。探讨了构造分布式应用系统的软件技术,为后续分布式CAPP系统的构建奠定了丰厚的理论基础。分布式CAPP是集CAPP技术、智能化技术、分布式数据库、分布式程序设计以及网络技术为一体的综合设计系统,己经成为CAPP系统的新的发展趋势。 4.首次将Agent技术应用于工艺设计系统中,提出了工艺Agent的概念,分析和建立了不同种类的工艺Agent;阐述了基于Agent的信息过程建模和基于多Agent的工艺设计系统的构造方法,探讨了多Agent系统构建的关键技术,提出了基于多Agent的分布式工艺设计系统的网络分布结构,建立起了基于多Agent的工艺设计系统框架。基于多Agent的CAPP系统通过对工艺设计知识的划分,降低了知识处理的复杂性,推理效率提高;多个Agent协同工作,提高了系统的运行效率;并且组合式的系统结构很容易扩充和维护,具有较强的实用性。 5.首次尝试引入了Browser/Server的开发模式探讨工艺信息管理系统的开 西北工业大学博士学位论文一发。通过对工艺数据的分析和整理,建立了工艺数据模型,为工艺数据库的创建奠定了理论基础。提出了工艺文件管理的概念,阐述了工艺文件管理的功能设计以及关键技术。 6.首次提出了工艺信息管理系统的体系结构,研究了工艺信息管理系统的功能组成,讨论了工艺信息管理网络的建立以及实现工艺信息管理系统的关键技术。工艺信息管理系统的建立可以促进企业各部门信息共享,改变企业的工作方式,增强相互的协作交流能力,提高企业计算机技术的应用水平,为工艺设计进一步发展拓展了空间。
【Abstract】 As a crucial technology of Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS), Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) is the bridge between Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM). Meanwhile, it is an important foundation for building the overall information model of manufacturing of engineering product. Manufacturing conducted by modem enterprise requires development in network, intelligence, distributing based on information sharing. It is one of the technology foundation of developing contemporary manufacturing system based on network, intelligence and information sharing, which studies the application of process planning under environment of distributed manufacturing. The dissertation is the first practice to study working method and principle of multi-agent based distributed CAPP and process information management in network environment in enterprise at home and abroad, which is suitable for the development requirements of process planning and has an important theoretical value and practical significance. The key study contents and conclusions in the dissertation are as follows: 1. Object-oriented technology was imported in the field of process planning. Based on the analysis to the field of process planning, a method was proposed to identify process objects. Most of process objects with their attributes and methods were identified and recorded. The author marked up every subsystem according to the structuring of objects and different subject, and built process object class library preliminarily. 2. Object-oriented analysis to process planning was studied to firstly put forward the basic construction model of object-oriented CAPP system, which includes object-oriented part information model, object-oriented knowledge expression, object-oriented decision-making mechanism and object-oriented manufacturing resource model. Those works do help to reusing software, reducing workload of system maintenance and exploitation, building software system using components. 3. A new framework of distributed CAPP system under Agile Manufacturing (AM) environment was firstly presented. In the dissertation, the author expatiated running way, software implementation technology and the mechanism of information 111 bI~W眫4~t~ management of distributed CAPP system. It will be helpful to establish the theoretical foundation of distributed CAPP system. Distributed CAPP system is integrated with the technology of CAPP, intelligence, distributed database, distributed programming and network. Distributed CAPP system is the trend of CAPP. 4. The author studied the application of agent technology in the field of process planning, and firstly presents the conception of process agent. Different process agents were identified. In the dissertation, agent-based information process model, construction method and network distributed structure of agent-based process planning system were discussed. On the basis of above work, the author preliminary built the framework of agent-based process planning system. Agent-based process planning system will reduce the complexity of system construction and raise aggregation of knowledge, efficiency of decision-making and running speed of system. Besides, their knockdown system structure is easy to be expanded and maintained. Furthermore, it is more practical.
