不同烷氧基取代偶氮染料对聚乙烯基咔唑基复合物光折变性能的影响
Effect of Azo Dyes with Different Length of Alkoxy Substituents on Photorefractive Properties of PVK - based Composites
【摘要】 合成了不同长度烷氧基取代的偶氮染料:2,5-二甲基-4-(4’-硝基苯基偶氮)苯甲醚(DMNPAA);正-丁氧基-2,5-二甲基-4-(4’-硝基苯基偶氮)苯(BDMNPAB);正-己氧基-2,5-二甲基-4-(4’-硝基苯基偶氮)苯(HDMNPAB)。分别将它们与聚乙烯咔唑(PVK):2,4,7-三硝基芴酮(TNF)掺杂,获得高质量均匀透明的薄膜。用二波耦合(2BC)实验和四波混频(FWM)实验检测它们的光折变效应。结果表明,掺杂BDMNPAB的光折变复合物获得较高的2BC增益系数(195cm(-1),外加电场E。=84V/μm)和较高的衍射效率(40%,E。=75.6V/μm),且BDMNPAB本身兼有增塑作用,而不需要外加增塑剂。
【Abstract】 Three azo dye derivatives with dfferent alkoxy groups such as 2, 5 - dimethyl - 4 - (4’ - nitrophenylazo) anisole (DMNPAA), 1- butoxy - 2, 5 - dimothyl - 4 - (4’ - nitrophenyl) azo benzene (BDMNPAB) and 1 - hexoxy - 2, 5 - dimethyl - 4 - (4’ - nitrophenyl) azo benzene (HDMNPAB) were synthesized. Highly optical transparent and homogeneous films of composites based on PVK: TNF were pre-pared, where azo derivatives have been added not only to provide an electro - optic response but also to plasticize materials. Twp- beam coupling (2BC) experiments and four - wave mixing (FWW) experiments were used to measure the photorefractive effect of these com-posites and a 2BC gain 195cm(-1)(E0 = 84V/μm) and a peak difffaction efficiency of 40% (E0 = 75. 6V/μm) were obtained in composite with BDMNPAB.
