The right to a fair trial is a right Which grants the citizens to just judiciary, and it
is a fundamental right, so it is guarded by constitution in many countries such as the
USA, Japan, Russia, and etc. In China there are many deficiencies in its constitutional guard,
so we should make it be a constitutional fundamental right directly according to the Covenant
