Based on studying the biological and ecological behavior, the possible distribution region and the best habitation region were predicted and forecasted by using the CIS technique. The forecast results indicated that the possible distribution region in China was very large and the best habitation of Oracella acula in China was focus on the basin regions of Changjiang river, which the later was consonant with the results that Pang Xiongfei et al deduced by theoretic analyses in 1994 .
