The water bath shaking was chose as the optimum extraction method,The experiment for extracting total flavonoids by ethanol from sea-buckthorn leaf of Yili in Xinjiang is carried out in this paper,The influences of various factors on extraction efficiencies were investigated get across odd factorial experiments and orthogonal test.The optimum processing condition are extracting temperature was 60 ℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1:20,ethanol concentration is 80%,extracting time Was 3 h,pH value of 10.
