The pathogeny and pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) are still unknown.Many cytokines including various growth factors(GF), participate in IBD's immunity reaction and inflammatory process. The study about the effect of GF on IBD's pathogenesis and therapy becomes the current focus. This article reviews the research progress about the therapy effect of GF on IBD.
