A new extraction method to remove template from molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) and reduce template bleeding by accelerate solvent extraction (ASE) has been developed. After optimizing the extraction solvent and temperature, the method was performed to remove template from nicotine molecularly imprinted polymer at 80℃ with 300 mL CH3OH/CH3COOH (90∶10, V/V).
