As a common device on naval auxiliary ships,work boat is still short of a good solution for safe derrick uneer high sea condition.In comparison of Cstyle single point lifting plan and Astyle twin points lifting plan,the advantages and shortcomings of these two plans are discussed,and a wave compensating device has been set up with allowance of the synchronous of the twin points to ensure the safety of work boat davit.
