In the study,we detected the gene and genotype frequencies of FSHβ and ESR,which were sampled from the preserved population of Laiwu pigs in the year 2005,and compared them with the frequencies of the same preserved group in 2000 year.The changes of the gene and genotype frequencies of FSHβ and ESR in the preserved population were not much and significant. The advantaged gene and genotype of FSHβ had increased.
