Twenty three primers with polymorphism were screened from 74 primers. Molecular marker and genetic diversity of 80 accessions of litchi(Litchi chinensis Sonn) germplasm in Hainan were determined by ISSR. The genetic distance of most accessions of the litchi germplasm were found to be 0.2~0.5, which indicated that their genetic relationships were closely related.
