Scaning electron microscope(SEM) was applied to observe pollen shape of 5 male trees of Ginkgo from different locations.The results showed that pollens of 5 male trees were different in the surface texture,smoothness,pore andgranular protuberance.Additionally,different male trees had significant difference in pollen length,width and aspect ratio.Variation coefficients of three indexes were 8.84%,10.59% and 9.8% respectively.The broad sense heritability of three indexes were 44.2%,38.4% and 9.8% respectively...
