Aiming at some difference lies in AHP and vague comprehensive evaluating methods,a new method for decision evaluating is presented,that is similar weighted coefficient. It not only makes up for the mistakes made by artificial factors in AHP and vague comprehensive evaluating methods but also overcomes the shortcomings in main composition analysis cognate analysis,etc. without considering relative importance between index. This method is both scientific,simple and practical.
