利用电流法诊断电机及其拖动设备故障时,较弱的故障特征频率分量往往被电网工频所淹没。本文运用了一种有效的弱故障特征提取方法,即通过奇异值分解(singu lar value decomposition,简称SVD)方法剔除电网工频主分量,从而对信号中的弱特征频率、特别是靠近电网工频的特征频率实现有效地提取。数值仿真计算和现场实际信号的应用结果都表明,应用SVD方法可以非常有效地达到这一目的。
