The causes for the problems induced by monoculture in protected vegetables production were discussed in three aspects including soil physical and chemical traits,soil biological environment and plant autotoxin,and pointed out the main problems existed in the current solutions.It is suggested to work on the integrated control technology of soil ecological repair plus traditional agronomic measures to overcome the disadvantages of current control methods.
