The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of flavones from peach leaf was studied in this article. The main factors influencing the flavones extraction efficiency and their best levels were confirmed by the single factor test. And the optimum condition was confirmed by the orthogonal test. The result shows that the flavones extraction efficiency was 7.51% when the proportion of stuff mass to 70% ethanol volume was 1/20 and last extracting for 40min under 60℃ and 225w.
