Gas-sensing components based on ZnO-WO_3 nano-composites are fabricated by doping with four kinds of quality fraction nano-WO_3 into nano-ZnO at various sintering temperature.The effects of doping quality fraction and sintering temperature on phase ingredient and gas sensitivity are studied.It is found that the effect of subordinate phases such as WO_3 on gas sensitivity in the Zn-W-O sensing material is dominant;and comparing to pure nano-ZnO,the sensitivity of the Zn-W-O sensing material doping quality f...
