Degradation of phenol in aqueous solution by US/Fenton reagent technology and the major affecting factors were examined in batch experiments.Results indicated that the degradation rate was increased first and then declined with the increasing of the dose of Fenton reagent.With optimum conditions,H_2O_2/Fe~(2+)ration of 40:1,H_2O_2 dose of 40 mmol/L and pH range of 3.0 to 7.0,the addition of Fenton reagent could accelerate the degradation rate.Within 30 min,the removal rate by using US/Fenton reagent technol...
