The essential oil of the Raspberry was obtained through simultaneous distillation.The chemical components were separated and identified using GC/MS.The experimental results confirmed the presence of 6 volatile componedts when extracted through stream distillation.The experimental results demonstrated that the major components were Furfural(60.28%),Benzothiazole(4.50%),4-Methyl-2-hexanol(3.15%),Phenol(3.08%),Benzenemethanol,.alpha.,.alpha.,4-trimethyl(3.03%),Phenylethyl Alcohol(2.41%).
