目的研究黄蜀葵花总黄酮(Total flavone of abelmoschus m an ihot L m ed ic,TFA)对感染性豚鼠口腔粘膜溃疡的治疗作用及体外抗菌作用。方法采用感染性豚鼠口腔粘膜溃疡模型观察黄蜀葵花总黄酮的治疗作用;采用二倍稀释法观察黄蜀葵花总黄酮的最小抑菌浓度M IC。结果黄蜀葵花总黄酮能显著缩短感染性豚鼠口腔粘膜溃疡的愈合时间和50%缩小时间;体外抗菌结果显示,TFA对表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(M IC)为3.125 g.L-1,对白色念珠菌的抑菌浓度为1.562~3.125 g.L-1。结论黄蜀葵花总黄酮对感染性口腔溃疡有一定疗效。
