The agriculture environmental problems are more and more acute in northern Jiangsu because of the pesticides,chemical fertilizers,agricultural plastic film and the three waste caused by industrial pollution.The quality of the living environment of the rural population was declining and the economic development was affected.So,on the basis of the analysis of agricultural environmental quality,the improved approach was put forward for the sustainable agricultural development in northern Jiangsu.
