To obtain the active ingredients of ginkgo(Ginkgo Biloba L),the isolation and screening of Endophytes were carried out.29 strains,which were isolated from trunk,branch and leaf of ginkgo,were used to do the anti-microbial experiments.The results showed that only 18 strains had anti-microbial function.B1 and B6,which had the best antimicrobial function,were identified as Penicillium.
