The content,extraction technology and preparatory isolation of locust flavonoids were studied in this paper.The result showed that there was a great difference among species and latitudes.Methanol had preferable extraction effect on flavonoids and the optimum technological condition was dipping dried locust in methanol with the rate of 1∶30 of raw material to solvent for 24?h.The extraction content of flavonoids was 293.2?mg/100?g.
