This article utilizes the character of Gray Theory to predict the economy parameter,and then in order to obtain a better predicting effect,the ANFIS is employed to predict its simulating error.This paper collects the actual data from Anhui'scapital assets investment and uses the ANN to set up the economical forecasting model.The result conforms better to the practical trend compared with the traditional Gray Model,and the effect is preferable.
