The New Decisions on Judiciary Authentication is beneficial in many aspects to the reform of judiciary authentication in China.However,its shortcomings could also be seen in such aspects as the appraiser's appearing in court,the judiciary authentication function of the investigative departments,investigation into the legal responsibilities,the appraiser's qualifications,etc.All this should be perfected in the future.
