The mechanisms of that patients with chronic pain commonly experience depression and antidepressants could relief pain not been clarified.We can make sure that depression should be the symptom com pose of chronic pain.This review try to clarify the correlates between pain and depression from anatomic construct,similar change of neurotransmitter,character of clin ical situation and therapy.
